  Excellent experience!!!

  My partner and i went to The Adults only Royalton Hideaway for a weekend and the experience was amazing, Eucides the Front desk agent was excellent and he explained all to us with details. The Room, the pool, the Restaurant El Dorado was a high surprise!!! Plus the buffets and sport bar and bars! If you wanna spend a week or a weekend with your family or just you and your partner, wife or husband, this is the right place to do it, because the staff is always is alert and they make you feel pamper and make the experience more joyful..!!! Fully recommend and definitely will be back!

  Another Amazing Experience with Antonio!

  This was our second time having Antonio as our butler at Royalton Punta Cana, and after the wonderful experience we had with him on our previous visit, I specifically requested him for our group’s anniversary celebration. Once again, he did not disappoint! Antonio was attentive, friendly, professional, and always available when we needed him. He checked in with us regularly, helped with reservations and requests, and made sure our entire group was taken care of throughout our stay. With a group celebrating such a special occasion, there were a lot of moving pieces, and Antonio helped make everything easy and enjoyable. What really stands out about Antonio is how dependable and personable he is. His excellent service was exactly why I requested him again, and having him take care of us for a second time made our return to Royalton Punta Cana even more special. Thank you, Antonio, for once again taking such great care of us and helping make our anniversary celebration memorable. We truly appreciate you, and if we return to Royalton Punta Cana, we’ll be requesting you for a third time!

  Great Resort for Families with Young Kids

  Overall this was an excellent family vacation. We had a Diamond Club swim-out suite which was wonderful and our butler, Daniel, was easy to contact and was able to book all our reservations and excursions. Cash tipping as you go is very much appreciated by the waitstaff and bartenders, so I would recommend bring a good amount of small bills. At no point did I feel that you needed to have a tip in hand for good service, but it does seem to be the culture and the people are gracious. Pros: - The Spa. The hydrotherapy circuit was incredible. Don't ask any questions, just let the spa worker guide you in the order they recommend. I also did a body scrub treatment and a massage, both of which were relaxing and wonderful. - The Waterpark. Just a short, wildlife-filled walk next door, rarely any lines for the slides, never more than 10 min wait max. Our 6 year old was happy do all the big slides nonstop for 2-3 hours every day. Lots of stairs for mom and dad, but 100% worth it. The lifeguards are attentive and staff was friendly. - The Entertainment. The nightly entertainment was phenomenal. Great variety for the week and all extremely talented. Highlight for us were the white party which was super fun for all ages with a bounce house for the littles and an acrobatic fire show; The Dominican cultural dance show; and the Rock show. There were also afternoon pool parties with a huge inflatable obstacle course one day and a foam party another day. Both were family friendly and we had an amazing time. My son also loved spending time each day at the Kids Club. Cons: - Restaurants required that a reservation be made for you by your butler, regardless of table availability. Annoying because it would be more efficient for me to make the reservations myself through the app, a feature that the app claims is there, however it actually locked. Instead we messaged our butler every day with our restaurant preferences and timings. We never had an issue getting what we wanted, but it was an added step and required that the restaurants open for the day before he could confirm with us. - Restaurant quality was hit or miss. It is an all-inclusive resort, so your expectations need to be at all-inclusive level. Even so, the steakhouse was a disappointment.

  Perfect paradise

  This hotel was excellent throughout, very tidy and plenty of party's for all ages, the food was excellent in most of the restaurants, the splash park was great for the children, with a extra bonus when walking there with the surrounding wildlife The value for money was OK, it could of done with a bit more entertainment for the kids in the evening, and the location was good but it did suffer from sea weed on the beach most days but didn't effect swimming in the sea at all. All in all a excellent holiday hotel with friendly staff and we were also lucky enough to have a amazing butler called Johnny that made our holiday even more special and can't thank him enough for making it a perfect holiday

  Hotel royalton punta cana DR. 5star

  Hotel is amazing with great facilities, food, specialty restaurants. The entertainment team is second to none, very friendly and involving. Big shout out to Bernard & joslelito (JJ). Also a huge shout out to Santa from the experience team, she has a heart of gold and will not pester you but will try her very best to deliver the best price avaliable, don't just except the tui quote, the team is professional and not a beach rep type.
