    PARTY HOTEL!! Full of loud screaming, shouting drunken young Americans!!!

    Our second time staying here, first time was in September 2022 after the refurbishment & it was a fantastic classy hotel BUT NOT NO MORE!!!!😳 This hotel has gone down rapidly, it's just a complete party hotel, majority of the guests are young Americans who just want to drink from early morning in the Roots pool swim up bar "which is absolutely disgusting" & start shouting, screaming you just can't hear yourselves talking, all they play is loud Hip Hop/American Rap music. Everyone is smoking/vaping all around the hotel, pools, inside the swimming pools, eating area & not one of the staff/lifeguards said anything. The main buffet restaurant is like a school canteen & so noisy, all the youngsters shouting, they can be so rude aswell, even throughout the night when they must be going back to their rooms you can hear them shouting & screaming at each other, slamming doors 😱 The food is good, all the staff work extremely hard, the rooms are clean & comfortable. I did ask to speak to the manager before leaving to say how the hotel has gone down but the supervisor didn't have the time to talk to me hey ho!! Lots of various people complained to the Rep as we all didn't think the hotel would be like this, we asked to be moved & the Rep said no. If your going for a few day's just to be loud, drink & party 24/7 it's the hotel for you but if your going to chill, relax, enjoy the Jamaican vibe/culture then DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!

    Book the Trip!

    This was my second time staying at Riu Montego Bay and it did not disappoint! Good vibes and fun times! The resort is beautiful. Food is good. Don't just eat at the buffet...make reservations for the restaurants. All of them are good! Multiple pools are available so you can choose to turn up or chill. The beach is lovely as well with plenty of seating and a beach bar. Book the trip!

    AMAZING TRIP

    The customer service at Rui Mobay , was amazing From the very first day I checked in , i was impressed beyond belief. The food was excellent, wide varieties, lots to choose from. Kudos to main dining room staff , especially Patricia. Patricia carries her duties out with such grace. All the staff were amazing . Anyone looking to Mobay as destination , don't even think twice , make Rui your number one choice , you won't regret it i promise.

    Long walk

    I liked it better than the RIU palace. The A/C is cooler. Breakfast was the best and the jerk chicken at the beach a close second. The steakhouse restaurants was not great and the Chinese restaurant was not worth it. The sports bar has small but really good sandwiches and beef patties. RIU is usually a good pick up location for excursions and taxis.

    Wonderful Stay

    The welcome at the reception area was exceptional the punch (drink) was a vibe. The food selection was fantastic and tasted delicious as well. Entertainment was superb.
