Absolutely amazing!!! Magical atmosphere. Great staff, excellent food, great location. Me and my twin sister Gina travelled here for the first time ever to the bahamas from England, what a magical place Riu Palace, Clean rooms, excellent gym, spa and pool, ever single member of staff were amazing very attentive and welcoming. We will be back in 2028. Thank you for the memories.

Wonderful vacation!
For anyone who gave this resort a negative review, we must have been at different places! This resort is heaven on earth! It has the most gorgeous beach with the bluest water I have ever seen. It has 2 beautiful pools, plenty of seating (nobody had to fight for or reserve chairs). Our room was spacious, high post king sized bed with a sitting area. It had a beautiful up to date bathroom with 2 different shower heads, plenty of hot water and double sinks. Very nice balcony with chairs, overlooking the ocean, pools and beautifully manicured vegetation. We’ve been to many all-inclusive resorts and the food here is among the best. The offerings at the buffet are staggering. The quality of the food was very good, well seasoned and very tasty. It has a nice pool side casual eatery with jerk chicken etc. This resort is a few blocks away from the Atlantis. You can visit and enjoy the casino etc without paying Atlantis prices. We had a wonderful experience!

Sep 27, 2026BEWARE- Cockroach & Mold in rooms!!
If you want to step on cockroaches your whole vacation while in the room then stay here. If you don't, book somewhere else!! There is definitely a bigger issue with cleanliness/pests going on in this resort which needs to be addressed immediately. I talked to several other people in the resort with the same issues and then when I came home and read reviews, it seems to be more and more common. I contacted Riu Corporate and they did not even care since this resort is super busy. I definitely will not be staying here again....

Went here for my boyfriend birthday last week and it was the worst trip ever. Upon arrival the bell boy didn't take our bags into the hotel watched us get out the cab and walked to the front desk to check in. We even took our own bags to the room while they stood in the lobby talking to there peers. When we got to our room to settle in I saw a roach crawling on the bathroom floor upon arrival I called to complain and all they said was sorry about it. Breakfast options was very limited had to request chicken sausages every morning since me and my boyfriend don't eat pork. Lunch/ Dinner was good had many options to choose from. There was nights where we got hungry and room service ONLY SERVED HAM & CHEESE SANDWICHES, GRIILED CHEESE, VEGGIE SANDWICHES, TUNA SANDWICHES, NACHO CHEESE AND CHICKEN SALAD. Now for this to be an ADULTS ONLY RESORT and the price that was paid they could of had better room service options. Out of all the 5 Star resorts i been to in other countries/ Adult Only Resort had amazing customer service which made you feel welcomed had better room service options or restaurants that opened late. I will not be coming back to this resort much-less any RIU Resort in the future.

Can’t wait to return. 10/10
My husband and I just returned to the Turks and Caicos after celebrating our 6 year anniversary. We had an absolutely amazing experience at Riu Palace Paradise Island from beginning to end! Our vacation started with the complimentary airport transfer with Majestic Tours, which made our arrival incredibly easy and stress free. Once we arrived at the resort, Daphne at the front reception gave us such a warm welcome and made the check-in process completely seamless. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean, thanks to Sandra. But what made Sandra even more special was her personality. Her warm greetings every time we opened our door became something we genuinely looked forward to each day. Those little personal touches made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Breakfast was another highlight every single morning. From the warm greeting by the host to the detailed attention from our servers, the service was consistently fantastic. Rashad (Shadi) especially stood out and helped make our mornings even more enjoyable. But what truly makes this resort special is THE STAFF! The property itself is beautiful, but the people are what turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. We met so many wonderful staff members, including Tweety, Dario, Leo, Ricardo, Terry, Rashad, Ruthnell, Senteesh, Keith, Judelynthia, Greg, Arnold, Idalice, JayB Chello, and Pinky down at the beach with the jet skis, along with so many others whose names we unfortunately didn’t get. Everywhere we went, we were met with warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality. You can have a beautiful resort anywhere, but it’s the people who make you want to return. We will definitely be back. Yes, we’re returning because the resort is amazing, but more importantly, we’re coming back because of the incredible staff who made us feel so special and welcomed. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!
