Such a fun few days here. A highlight was a very relaxed but fun night in the dark horse sports bar playing football, snooker and golf simulator with Jose who is such a gentleman. Gabby at bingo was also great fun

Relaxing vacation wish the beach was better
We would like to acknowledge the following staff for their above and beyond service and hospitality Rooftop Observatory : Amado, Luis, Pedro, Hugo, Saul, Leandro, Isala Lobby Bar: Augustine Allora :Basilio Food at every restaurant was delicious. Especially the pizza and Burgers The beach however was disappointing you could not go in the water So because of this and the price point we most likely won't go back unless a good deal became available

The best resort
My wife and I had an amazing stay thanks to the entire staff. But I especially wanted to thank Gabriela and Regina for their excellent work; Regina made a beautiful bracelet for my daughter Gabriela was a really good caddy The evening events were my favorites, particularly the magic show. The Mexican restaurant was my favorite, and I can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel. Thank you all so much.

Really enjoyed the time we spent on vacation here. Staff is amazing, food was excellent in most cases. Spent a lot of time at the beach, it could be deeper but it was clean. Sargassum was well controlled but it is still in the water.
