The butlers service was excellent and very hands on. A special thank you to Julieta, Mauricio and Irving… However, the administration in terms of the financial payments and the insufficiency of the systems integrating is rather far- fetched. The onsite DJs need to be more flexible too. God service overall!

This is my 2nd stay, the 1st was in 2018, things have changed! I ignored the negative reviews and booked anyway as it was within my budget and availability. Would I visit again no. On arrival ( after a 10 hour flight from London and an another 2 hours getting through customs all you want and need is a shower food and somewhere to sleep. I got them all eventually but the room was not clean, there was hair on the bed, on the floor and in the bath. It wasn’t my hair so not a great start. I was able to order room service which is available for what feels like 24/7 so that was a huge tick, showered ( that area was clean) and went to bed. The next day a new day! I could have complained, but had no energy or desire to evoke negativity. Quality of food. It’s ok to be expected on an all inclusive deal a 3* at best. The staff! Some are friendly some are rude with an exception of tips tips especially in the mass eating area. I will make the most of my stay but wouldn’t recommend it.

The entertainment live music at night was live music. It was amazing, especially dancing with David and Carla, they were amazing. They do tutorials while the music is going, so fun even by myself as a 22 year old meeting all kinds of people hehe. So fun

Great experience
The performance were spectacular! Love Karla, she was so awesome 😎 best part of the resort! Logistically, only issue with resort was the limited towels. Otherwise vibes were awesome. Lots of activities to do throughout the day with family and friends.

Entertainment and bar
David in Entertainment is amazing!!! Great energy and personality. The foam parties were so fun! The Mexican show was so good. Rogelin good service in the bar was great and good pool, Miguel pool side good fantastic 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
