  Pool DISGUSTING

  Stayed August 2026 no real complaints with the hotel apart from lack of room cleaning reported twice, however Ducks in the pool 😳 around 9 of them , I noticed them pooing and watched the poo drop to the bottom of the water , I felt sick and none of us went in again. Disgusting beyond words, they are all round your feet when eating and up your sunbeds. Would not return again it was sickening - apparently a really big problem now at the hotel

  Let down by Loews!

  Our fourth stay at Loews and quite possibly our last. On arrival, we were offered no help with cases or indeed greeted. On our second day we had a full day out at Universal (with the exception of an hour back in the hotel around lunchtime) and returned in the evening to find our room not cleaned. On another occasion we requested a turn down service which was not done. Such things would not bother me in a value / budget hotel however this is a Universal ‘Signature’ hotel and therefore a significant cost to guests. Prices for food and drink are excessively expensive and the hotel basically exists on people staying for one night to get two days worth of express passes. I would say however that a mention must go to Alice Mauer, Concierge Manager, who went out of her way to improve service for the rest of our trip. Thank you Alice.

  My family's stay at Lowes Royal Pacific Resort

  The rooms were very nice and big. The bathrooms were clean. In the room showers were nice and private. The noise was good and didn't affect my family. We liked the service as when we needed help with our fast track tickets they gave us advice. The swimming pool was nice for the kids. The only thing was that it was a bit shallow for us. It was just right as not to loud not to quiet. We liked the Atmosphere. It was only a 10 minute walk to Islands of Adventure which we liked as we could get the water taxi or walk. Something we liked was how ever long you were staying at Lowes Royal Pacific you got fast track if you were going to universal.

  Good place to rest after day at universal

  Booked this resort due to the convenience and express passes for the park. Checked in on Friday afternoon, staff was helpful and explained the layout of the property and gave us our express passes. The first night we heard dogs barking and found out that a room next to us had a dog, wasn’t aware you could bring dogs. Thank goodness the dog did not bark all night. The room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a big bathroom. We ran out of shampoo and texted the hotel to fill the shampoo when they cleaned the room. Room service did not fill the shampoo. When you pay $300-$400 a night, you expect the little details to be taken care of.

  Great stay

  I loved this hotel! I was so looking forward to our week here and it definitely lived up to my expectations. As soon as we arrived, the bell boys unloaded our car and took out luggage to the luggage store. We queued for reception was quite a while but we're so wowed by the decor, we didn't mind! There was fresh fruit water available, a gorgeous courtyard to sit in, and it had a real luxurious feel to it. Our room wasn't ready so we did as much as we could at the desk there and then, including paying a holding fee of 1000 dollars on my credit card, and issuing our room keys/express pass. While waiting for our room, we used the pool. It was lovely. I was surprised to see ducks swimming with me! I can't decide if it's cute or unhygienic really, but it didn't stop me going in. I just tried not to think about them pooing in it! We had food from the Bula bar, it was nice with good service. They also brought round free pineapple juice mid afternoon. Once we got a text to say the room was ready, we had to queue for reception again as our room had been changed so needed new cards. This was only a slight inconvenience and I liked getting the welcome leis. Our room was on the third floor so no need for the elevator. Our room was spacious and had the most beautiful view of the bridge and lagoon. We used the closet space to hang up our two hanging shelves as well as a hanging accessory sorter and left shoes on the floor of it. Our cases for nicely between the closet and the door. There was ample drawer space and the bathroom area was spacious too. I would have liked more hanging space for towels in the bathroom however. Daily housekeeping meant fresh towels daily which I loved. There was a weird noise at around 10:30 each night for about half an hour, which kept me up the first night but after that I got used to it. It sounded like the air con maybe. The only reason I didn't give this hotel 5 stars, is because one of my children's teddies went missing from the room. It happened on the day that they changed the bedding so I'm sure it just got mixed up with the linens bit either way, we didn't get it back. I raised it with reception immediately after we realised it was missing. He called housekeeping but nothing. I enquired again at check out and they offered to give us a credit note if we wanted to go back to Disney Springs and get another. However, as it was our final day, we didn't have time to go back to Disney Springs so I declined. Had I know there was a Disney store at the airport, I might have asked for that. We ate at all the restaurants. Jake's was great, really relaxed with great food. Orchid Lounge was extravagant with delicious sushi options, and Islands breakfast buffet was great. This was definitely worth it. The pizzas from Tuk Tuk were great too and very reasonable. I loved the close proximity to the parks, the path is great and lovely to walk on. Buses came quickly too. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I'd love to go back one day.
