This resort far exceeded all of our expectations! Ana, our concierge, was amazing, thoughtful, and attentive. The spa was an out of this world experience!! The food was incredible at every restaurant! This will be our only Cabo destination in the future!

Amazing experience
Everything was perfect ! Service was amazing all around . Our concierge Ana was the cherry on top . Attentive , responsive and so kind . Made us feel so valued and that made our trip even better ! The food was excellent everywhere . The pools were perfectly maintained and clean and the drinks were delicious ! Will definitely love to return here !

Fabulous!
This resort is absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations! The food, service and staff were all fabulous. Plenty to do at the resort and close by. Mariana and Hugo went above and beyond to be sure our experience was the best! I can’t wait to go back!

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at
I simply cannot fault the place! Unbelievable location. The property itself was immaculate, everywhere! The food was great, the service was even better. Every member of staff, no matter where you went, was attentive and helpful and so super pleasant. Our personal concierge, Gianni, went above and beyond at every opportunity to optimise our stay. Really very good guy.

Amazing experience
I won a trip through work to Grand Velas resort in Los Cabo. It was an absolute amazing experience , we were spoiled from sunup to sundown. Our concierge Gianni Paredes was amazing as well. He would check in with us multiple times a day and helped us navigate my wife’s food allergy and the various restaurants.
