Amazing holiday and resort been twice and happy both times, great friendly staff. Bar staff and cleaning staff top notch... juan at the front lobby was awesome and chatty.... helped us check out with bags etc .... Love weather and nice cocktails.

Best Day Eva

Another amazing trip!
This is my 4th time visiting and I will be back next year. I can't wait to see all your smiling faces again. Special thanks to the service team at the Palace lobby and palace pool 😃🍷

Left a lot to be desired. Almost all rooms in our group had various issues w safes, doors, power going out, AC etc. Rooms were hot. The resort in general isn’t well air conditioned. Biggest disappointment was food. Horrible situation trying to make reservations, we literally got one reservation the entire stay. Way too much buffet style food with the same mediocre food every meal. Guest services was absolutely no help. Guessing if we’d been willing to tip per meal to get reservations maybe we could have eaten in an actual restaurant but I’d already spent enough money to be able to expect to be able to sit in a restaurant and order off a menu. The app is ok but could be better at showing where activities are each day and when. Beautiful grounds and location. Pools were nice great variety of sports activities. Really wanted to like this hotel group bc they have other locations we’d love to travel to but we’ll look elsewhere. We won’t use Palladium again. Very disappointing.

Mar 10, 2025Overall good but let down by some of the a la carte restaurants
Hotel is beautiful and has a lot of amenities. Staff were very good and the buffet restaurants were excellent with masses of choice. The only things that were disappointing were the a la carte restaurants. At the Mexican restaurant, In had the chicken fajitas. The chicken was dry and had no seasoning at all. No spice, not even salt or pepper. No flavour at all. I could not eat it. Mexican food is supposed to be spicy and fresh. This was super bland and inedible. My wife had beef fajitas and it was exactly the same. In the Indian restaurant we both had the lamb Jogan rosh curry. 50 percent of the meat was just jelly like fat. The had to spit it out. The Argentinian steakhouse and Teppanyaki restaurants were good
