Peter at the front desk always make our stay absolutely the best. His level of service is what we have come to expect. In addition, Charlie and Marie at check out time Jennifer and Diana in valet and Leo in Bell, make this our favorite hotel ever Thank you all! Because all the folks I mentioned have gone out of their way to make our stays fabulous.

🌟 5/5 for Beach & Pool Service! 🌊🍹
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the beach during my stay! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. A staff member named Tyler greeted me right away, kindly offering a chair and a towel — he was so warm, helpful, and professional. It set the tone for such a relaxing day. The waitress was equally amazing, constantly checking in to make sure we were taken care of with drinks and food. She was attentive without being overbearing, and so friendly throughout. Everyone working at the beach and pool area made us feel welcomed and cared for — it truly elevated the whole experience. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for great vibes, top-tier hospitality, and a beautiful setting to unwind. ☀️🌴

Arrival - front desk person Maria Rose less than hospitable. More like a robot. Especially being that it was our honeymoon. No Bellperson. Broken elevator. Old property throughout with obvious no refurbishing. Room was a nice size. Stained old bedsheets in three places. Inoperable phone and bathroom fan. Prices at bar ridiculous. Prices at restaurants ridiculous- food not of value. Nice beach area and pool area. Housekeeping knocked and immediately entered finding me naked - despite Do Not Disturb sign. Needless to say we will never return.

Very nice place to stay with top notch service.
The hotel overall is nice and clean. Front desk was informative and helpful. The beach service was excellent. The attendants were very nice and helpful. The food was very good. I only got two names of the attendants. They were Tyler and James. Very personable polite and attentive.

Ocean crew!
Tyler and Tyrek hospitality was great on the beach! There personalities and energy made it so fun! B ocean is the best and these guys are great!
