We've been coming here for years. Didn't make it last year. The hurricane changed everything. We reserved a cabana and Carolyn helped us. She was super friendly. We appreciate that. As I roamed the property I saw her several times. Every time she was with another employee just going about her day. She was lit up and happy. She is an asset to the Rumfish. Dont let her get away.

Vacation with friends
Carolyn was so helpful with any questions we had down at the beach with chairs, information about booking a dolphin cruise and any other questions we had. She is so friendly and happy! It’s easy to see she enjoys her job. The staff in the check in were so friendly and informative. Loved the Prosecco when checking in! Will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service
I can’t even begin to say how much we are enjoying our vacation! The customer service from everyone has been the absolute best! The staff go above and beyond for us! Mark, Hope, Patrick and Rob have been so awesome!! Cortez and Ashleigh have taken care of us too!! From the outside bar then every morning we have had breakfast at the Gulfside kitchen is just wonderful! Thank you and we still have one more day to enjoy all Of the staff and amenities!

Mark at Gulfside Kitchen
We stopped at Gulfside Kitchen for lunch and drinks. Mark was our server. He was excellent. He was knowledgeable and efficient. His smile was infectious! It appeared all of his customers were as happy as we were. Totally recommend stopping by and asking for Mark!

Great lunch, fantastic server-Reagan
We had a fantastic lunch at the RumFish beach bar. We ordered the grouper sandwich and the fried green tomato BLT, both with fruit. Both meals were really delicious! Best beach bar food! To make it even better, our server, Reagan, was cheerful and helpful during our visit. We will be back!
