  Absolutely Stunning Resort

  Absolutely Delightful Resort and Staff. Definetly planning on a return visit. The rooms, restaurants, pools and beach were spectacular. The staff could not have done a better job, very helpful and pleasant.

  Disappointed

  Service was our biggest disappointment. No servers in the beach area or by the pool. If you wanted a drink you had to go from bar to bar since some didn’t have what was needed and if they were open. Not a resort I would recommend or visit again. Not even in another location.

  Great resort!

  We just got back from Secrets St Lucia and WOW. The room was amazing - super comfy and had the most insane view. Woke up to that blue water every morning, couldn’t beat it. Place was SO clean too, like spotless. Housekeeping did an incredible job. Service all around was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. But gotta give a huge shoutout to Micheal - he went way above and beyond for us the whole trip. Such a genuinely nice guy and made everything so much better. Seriously, ask for him! We’ll definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.

  Exceptional Vacation

  Me and my wife spent 7 nights at Secrets St. Lucia from 8/22/2026 through 8/29/2026 The hospitality and customer service throughout the resort were excellent from the moment we arrived. The Guest Services Agent who welcomed us was warm, professional, and made checkin effortless, The bellhops were equally attentive and helpful with our luggage. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond—making sure our stay was 100%. The Food and Beverage team were the best we have after visiting over 8 different secrets locations. Anna , Tiffany, Joanne, Amiah and the team delivered outstanding service every day. and insured fresh fruit was always available for me and my wife. The Food and Beverage experience was exceptional. Every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The dining staff made each experience feel personal and welcoming. The drinks and cocktails were on point and always full of flavor. The culinary team was truly on point, and every dish we tried was fantastic. At Oceana, Morgan Pier & Portofino the food was excellent—full of flavor and truly exceptional in taste, we had dinner at each of then 2 time within our stay. Last but not least our butler Michael was truly the star of the show. He was exceptionally attentive and always anticipating our needs, making our stay even more memorable.

  An Absolute Dream Vacation! (Even as Friends in our 30s)

  We spent 7 nights here from August 28 to September 4 booked through Air Canada Vacations, and we had THE best time ever. As two friends (single women in our mid-30s), we were a bit of a contrast to the resort's usual demographic of couples, families, and honeymooners, but we felt completely welcomed from the moment we arrived. A quick tip for future travelers: the transfer from the airport is about 1.5 hours on very windy roads, and the resort itself has lots of stairs and hills—be ready to get your 10k steps in! The property is also not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. We booked a standard room but had been confirmed an upgrade to a Preferred Club Master Swim Out via email prior to arrival. There was a minor mix-up at check-in, but the staff were extremely apologetic and moved us to the swim-out room (room 1116) the next day. It was 100% worth the wait: immaculate, beautifully designed, and I used the swim-out pool daily. The Preferred Club perks are well worth it. We loved the Preferred pool for catching the absolute best sunsets on the island, and our assigned butler, Jamal, was so friendly and always ready to help with a smile. As a picky eater who doesn’t eat seafood, I was initially worried, but I never struggled. Morgan’s Pier was our hands-down favourite—dining right next to crashing waves is unbeatable. Himitsu was another highlight; we had Dion as our Teppanyaki chef twice, and he made it such a fun evening. We also ordered the floating breakfast in our room one morning, it was well worth the extra supplement for the experience and amazing photos! The spa facilities were also amazing! I had a great neck, back, and shoulders massage with Vanessa as my massage therapist, and I highly recommend it (though the price is a little steep). The service across the entire property was quick and attentive, and the entertainment staff worked so hard every night (the steel drum band and country music show were fantastic). We couldn't have asked for a better first trip to St. Lucia!
