May 06, 2025Ryan in Mainstay restaurant is the best!!
We ate at Mainstay restaurant and Ryan was our server. He was AMAZING and VERY ATTENTIVE!! BEST SERVER EVER!! He represented this hotel very well!! Very impressed with Ryan!! He checked on our table frequently and was always very friendly. Ryan should get a big raise!! Very nice staff at this hotel! Beautiful location!! Love the pool and beach!

Happy to return to Sheraton Sand Key
We’ve been to the Clearwater Beach area about 8 times, and stayed at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort 6 or 7 times. It’s one of our favs! Excellent location, amenities, staff…everything. They did major renovations the year before, and just keep getting better. We arrived just after Hurricane Debby, and several weeks before Helene and Milton. Minimal impact from Debby and thankful that the hotel recovered from Helene and Milton. We already have reservations for this summer, and very much looking forward to our upcoming vacation!

Excellent service.
My dinner and service were excellent. Ryan was awesome, he took such great care if us. Grilled chicken and asparagus were amazing. So accommodating. Everyone's dinners were delicious. We all had something different. Been here 5 days and eaten here three times!

Amazing dinner experience!
Adrian really made our dinner as special as it was! He was so helpful in suggesting dishes to order and gave us recommendations on where to walk to outside of the hotel for after dinner entertainment. Highly recommend Mainstay Tavern while Adrian is working!

Spent 4 nights. Hotel was nice. Room was spacious and very comfortable. A jaunt to the beach. Tavern restaurant was great. Ate there all 4 nights. Best strip steak ever. Ryan (our server) was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Definitely will go back again.
