Thank you for a wonderful and amazing time! Manuel (in Hunter restaurant) is excellent, attentive, kind and so friendly. He knew what we wanted before we ordered it and was always one step ahead. We felt so fortunate to dine with him. Mochas gracias, Manuel!

Amazing time at Hunters
We ate Hunters Steakhouse and it was fabulous! Manuel was amazing! His service made the experience at the restaurant memorable and not to mention how amazing the food was! He was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed! If you stay at the Royalton I would definitely make sure you eat at Hunters!

Like many people, the reviews scared me a bit (smells, building falling apart etc) but we really enjoyed our stay. Yes there is a slight smell occasionally bc the surrounding area is quite boggy. We did not notice this in building 7 only once at the buffet Its barely noticeable in my opinion. Building needs some upkeep in certain areas. Great servers (ie Israel) at the buffet and Pedro at Agave - both were so lovely and and pleasant. Food was great overall, lots of options and easy to book. We didnt love the italian restaurant but mainly due to our choices, other meals looked great. Use the app for everything- its easy and the staff are quick to respond. Only minor issue was restocking of our fridge with drinks - despite leaving a decent tip each day, this seemed forgotten but quickly addressed when asked. Met a lot of other travellers and everyone seemed happy with some having been here 5+ times. Drinks are typical for a resort, not sure what you expect unless paying extra for upgraded booze. Room was fine, bed wasnt great but by the end of the day youre exhausted and pass out anyway (lol). I think if youre moderately laid back and looking for a great easy vacation and can live with a few very minor issues this is a fantastic spot.

Amazing yoga!
I had a great time with the fitness crew! Did yoga class everyday morning with Edgar, it was amazing! Every day it was a different class and it made it so much fun and not boring! Loved it! If anyone is thinking visiting, don’t miss out on the morning yoga!

Hunters steakhouse
Manuel in Hunters Steakhouse was Excellent! Very Attentive! Excellent service and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back to this restaurant and would love to have Manuel as our server again. Food was great, one of the best meals we've had here
