The yoga teacher edgar is very good and the gym is proper with Luis George. The race was so well organized and they integrate mental wellness meditation into the event which is rarely seen and very 👍 appreciated!!!!! The fitness team is the best!!!

We have just returned from our diamond club experience and it wasn’t good. We never had a seamless check-in as stated took 3 hours to get our bags and a butler,had to get hotel manager to sort all of that out after 3 visits to the guest services never had service by pool area always had to go to the bar ourselfs never had half the things stated in diamond club , Then someone stole my partners shorts and swim wear out of are room leaving her with no swim wear for last two days And the security didn’t want to know had to get the TUI rep and still then that took 3 hours still waiting for the email from them regarding outcome Despite that the food and drinks are great staff really friendly huge resort We just had a bad experience won’t be returning to this hotel again

Fabulous week, great food, drinks and people who work there.
We were here for a week and had seen lots of negative comments on here and in the Facebook group about not being able to reserve any of the restaurants and needing to be booking at midnight as soon as the bookings became available, that drinks were watered down etc. None of that is true at all. We reserved a table at the Tex Mex (twice), steak house, Mexican, Indian and Italian for 8pm every night with no issues at all. The drinks definitely weren’t watered down despite some comments we saw. If you think the drinks were weak/watered down you may want to rethink your lifestyle choices. The drinks were plentiful and strong, staff were bringing drinks without even having to ask for them as they knew our orders We had two swim up rooms and could the rooms have done with some updating? Yes! Did it impact our holiday? Absolutely not. The rooms and hotel as a whole were clean, safe and kept to a good standard. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a fabulous time while we were there, this was our first time in Mexico and would happily come back including to the same hotel and this is something I can’t say about all the places I have been previously. I would take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt because we feel that some people will always find something to complain about. The food has been fabulous , lots of choice in the buffet, the restaurants were great, we haven’t had a bad meal. Staff made adaptations to drinks/cocktails for us, we felt very well looked after and had a lovely relaxing holiday. Catalina in the Martini bar was fabulous. Everyone was very friendly in terms of staff. We went out to the shopping mall nearby and although it was an 80USD round trip the taxi waited for us and we felt very safe. Do not let negative reviews sway you.

Highly recommend!
My husband and I first came to the Royalton 8 years ago on our honeymoon, back then and even now, the resort has been incredible. The staff are extremely professional, kind and hospitable. Edgar in the gym greets us daily with a smile on his face and with a warm welcome. This is the best resort and best gym facility I’ve gone to when going to an all inclusive.
