Where to begin? Fiesta American Condesa Cancun always exceeds our expectations. We visit 2-3x a year. Every visit we are treated special and like family. When we arrive Ivan at bags recognizes us immediately and makes sure we never carry a bag. At check in we are greeted by Fernanda and her friendly check in staff. Fernanda always makes sure all our needs are beyond taken care of. She checks on us daily and makes us feel so welcome every visit. She is so happy and delivers the best attitude daily! Fernanda makes sure our visit is perfect! Felix, Carlos and Sandro at Cerviche restaurant and lobby bar make the best drinks and remember all our favorites. We love hearing about their families. Nadia is so sweet. She is always there and you never have to find a waitress when she is working. Pedro is the best pool bartender in Cancun. He is so fast and works so hard! Nicefaro was a great pool server to us. He remembered our drinks everyday and even went to get me pizza my last night when I was in a rush. Maribela and Antonio around the pool pay so much attention to detail. It’s a pleasure watching them work. Having dinner year after year with Jairo is so special to us. He has seen my kids grow up and makes them feel so special. Gabriel the new chef at Rosato made us a special dinner and introduced himself. It’s was very nice. Adrian the Rosato manager also spoke with everyone in my family and made sure dinner was perfect. Yadira makes each dinner and lunch special. She does extra touches we never expect. Angel was our steak house server, he suggested fun drinks and drinks for our family. Claudio is top notch at breakfast. He makes the best cappuccino! Joanny and Rachel keep the lobby bar running at night. They are so attentive and polite. Great to see them stay at the resort for so long. Our room cleaning staff is the best we have met. Our room is always sparkling! I recommend this restaurant 10x. They are the best staff in Cancun! They set the standards high!! We will back in a few months.

We’ll be back again!
The buffet is the best on the block. This is our second time back, just because the buffet was so good everyday! The creperia (crepes) were so bomb, we looked forward to the Nutella crepes every evening made by Paola. She is very sweet and doesn’t get tired of making crepes for us constantly 🤣

Jan 22, 2025A great option for a mostly "all-inclusive".
The "all-inclusive" is more like a "most-inclusive" with many activities and menu items costing extra. However the options included for food and activities are well worth the cost of admission. The brightest spot for me was Paola, the lady in charge of the crepes, churros and donuts station over the last decade. Her very friendly service, bright smile and quality crepes made my day every time I stopped by. She gets an A+++ from me and my wife.

Great Stay!
We had an amazing time!! We enjoyed all the pools, restaurants and the ice cream place was a bonus. Paola, who works in the ice cream place was so nice and she made the best crepes and churros. Paola really made our trip memorable! We will definitely be back

Great experience!
I enjoyed a high end experience with clean environment, friendly stay and tons of food for much cheaper than other places! Highly recommend for couples and families! The high end restaurants had delicious food. The steak house was my favorite!
