SCAM NOT ALL INCLUSIVE
SCAM!!!!! NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. If you want good service you have to pay them additionally on EVERYTHING and then you get treated good. Otherwise forget about finding a chair at the pool etc. Mostly everything is reserved by the staff for there members that have "perks". When u finally find a chair. Put your belongings and and go for a swim at the the pool. Staff comes takes your belongins puts it on somebody else's chair and puts there people that they have a bond with. Cabanas are $80 dollars a day. Chairs are supposbly free for everyone yet they kick you off your chairs and you have no where to sit. They watch you like a hawk. Even if you put your tote on a cabana (which are empty) while swimming they run after you and tell you to put it away or pay $80. Which I'm not sure where you have to put it away if all the people with perks get to have reserved cabana and 2 chairs. Also, It started to rain as we were eating by the pool area. Staff comes and decides to close the shade umbrellas. All the rain water just goes into my food. I aksed him to give me a minute to finish eating and come back or even better we will close it ourselves in a few minutes. He says I do what my boss told me to do eventhough he has 100 more to close. On our last day they were taking pictures and videos for advertisment. They put a towel on each chair and cabana, all umbrellas open. Made it so perfect and pretty. FALSE advertisment. There are no towels on no chairs each morning. Umbrellas you have to open your self. Also, One day at the pool they were walking around and saying tonight is Mexican night if you want to go to the show you have to purchase wine or your not allowed to be there. Not sure how this hotel is all inclusive. HORRIBLE experience. Stay away. Very rude staff especially front desk and pool area. Housekeeping does an awesome job though!

Amazing experience! Best sushi
We had an amazing and relaxing time at Live Aqua! The customer service was exceptional and the food was consistently superb. Chef Carlos Gonzalez is the best! I had an awesome time at the sushi class and loved getting sushi every evening! His sushi is the best

Great times with great friends
The overall experience was amazing. Staff was great. Food was good and the entertainment group did a very good job. The scenery was unbelievable. Beach was very clean. MB for dinner was the best food we ate. The BBQ and burgers near the pool was a great snack. Room service was very good, especially their GF pizza

Met amazing staff and people : Russell from Azur is simply the best, look out for him, great at his job but more importantly an amazing man!! Resort is beautiful - pools to die for. Rooms are so comfortable and the staff are amazing. Never felt more welcomed or looked after from Russell through to the wonderful staff who looked after us in our room. A special shout out to Victor for introducing us to Don Ramon! Russell organised and decorated a beautiful celebration dinner - thanks so much! The chef at Azur - chef Moises created the most amazing meal we have ever had - without a menu. Many thanks to Mangaer Martin for his hospitality.

Awesome resort!
Great resort with lots of entertainment options. Great service and staff. Ruddy and Stephany are the absolute best! We've been six times, always excited to see our friends thier and relax at his beautiful resort! Rooms are very nice and updated. The grounds are very well kept. The food at all the restaurants was great. Next time we will try Carnivore, it's an upcharge, but we hear it's worth it. Looking forward to returning in May!
