Fantastic hotel - rooms and hotel staff are wonderful. Room was spacious and extremely well maintained by housekeeping. Pool area was also fantastic. Front desk were extremely friendly on arrival and check out. Housekeeping always said hello. Such a great holiday - I will be back!

It a paradise
Seemless check in. The room is nice and clean. Very spacious. Everyone is very helpful. Angie made our stay very memorable. She explained everything at check in and always very happy to help. Very close to everything The only thing i can say needed improvement is when we wwnt to wait for our ride. The person at the front, we asked him if he can let the reception know if hsk and change linen in our room because we forgot to put the card. He said that he doesnt communicate with hsk just reception. He has a radio and can inform Reception about it so easily but he wanted us to go back up and informed reception.

Always very good experience
Lai is very efficient, very well mannered and definitely an asset to your team. Our room is clean. We always enjoy our stay here at this hotel. We have been staying here for the past 8 years. The staff is helpful and polite.

Sacha our housekeeper was exceptional however the “concierge “ was only a tour seller and wasn’t interested in advertising about anything else. The room was spacious with nice art.
