Bed is hard, hair in the shower. Food has no seasoning. Bartenders have no consistency when making the same drink. Waiting over an hour at one specialty restaurant and never got food, got up and left. Boring, no activities or things to do on the resort.

Beautiful view from our balcony, the grounds were well kept. The food was good. The beach is very small, but the snorkeling was nice. The resort is very old. We had a couple of leaks in the buffet area and a piece of the ceiling fell in the lobby area. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The bathrooms need to be updated. We had a crack in our tub which squished water in and out when you stepped on it in the shower. The hotel definitely needs a makeover. The staff were very friendly but the management needs to improve on the communication amongst the guests, regarding meal times and schedules on their apps.

Best little Beach!
You'll love the sandy beaches and the pool area. Not a lot of service to offer you drinks by the pool but the sunsets were always beautiful. The rooms are outdated and not a good representation of the Hyatt Brand - but you'll love the views and all that the island has to offer.

Dreams resorts & Spa
Resort needs much improvement. Buffet is full of flies; Birds just fly in land on food eat. Room is not well maintained. Beach /pools. Most chairs ripped or bent. Food is not the greatest. We ended up eating mostly outside resort. The bars had bartenders that would have to look up how to make drinks listed on the menu.

Thinking about this…DONT!
Came to celebrate my birthday and from check in I could tell it would be a terrible experience. We brought our own luggage up due to lack of service, get to the room and no birthday banner as requested, room is semi clean- tub gross, towels look old and worn. I needed ice so I go to ice machine on my floor, not working, above me not working and below same thing. I go back to room to call front desk and phone rings busy for everyone you attemp to call. I walk down and they try to act surprised, promising to bring never happened. We waited at the bar 25 minutes for a beer at the bar. Overall terrible experience would not recommend or return.
