We had an absolutely amazing time at the resort, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rain, Josue and Fernando at the pool. From the moment we arrived, they kept the energy high and the vibes incredible. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they made sure everyone felt included the entire time. The pool activities were nonstop fun—so engaging that we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off what was happening. Whether it was games, music, or just keeping the crowd laughing, Rain, Josue and Fernando went above and beyond to create an unforgettable atmosphere. If you’re looking for a resort where the entertainment truly elevates your vacation, this is the place. Rain, Josue and Fernando alone are worth the trip—we can’t wait to come back!

Nice, relaxing resort
For reference, we had a couple of junior suite swim outs with star class. This trip was more for a relaxing reset rather than any action-filled adventure. We did the deluxe transfer to/from the airport. Nexus was easy to locate outside the airport. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in at the resort was quick and painless. Rooms were nice and clean. The swim out area was nice with a cabana (2-3 people), two in-water loungers, and a couple of chairs. It was a little too cool/breezy to get in the swim out until the last day, but I spent a lot of time out reading on the cabana. The star class butler was clutch for reservations and any questions. Food was hit or miss. We loved: The Shores, Braza Grill, and Sunset Strip. Braza was the favorite, by far. There was also a little food truck at the adult scene pool with really good tacos and quesadillas. Opinions on the burger place and the Italian restaurant were split in our group. The sushi place was mediocre. We didn't get a chance to try the other places.

As a family travelling with young kids and grandparents we had an overall pleasant stay. Some of our main observations: Pros: *lots of amenities & activities for the kids of all ages. *The resort configuration is practical and nice. Even though it’s a big area , the amenities are placed in a way that ensures a convenient flow from one to the other. The kids pool is quite big and has plenty of seating options. It has a nice burger restaurant , bar and pizza service. The family pool area has 3-4 nice mid size pools one of them with a swim bar. Might need to be early by the pool to secure seats especially for big families. The lazy river has its own bar and seating area. There is a hot dog truck stationed beside the pool. * Beach is beautiful and well maintained. There are not enough umbrellas but staff tries their best to help. There is bar service on the beach. *Lobby and entertainment area is really nice. It has an avenue with stores , restaurants, bars , coffee shop, plenty of seating as well as a real movie theatre which we very much enjoyed. * Entertainment was quite captivating for the kids. * buffet and restaurants were average * rooms are comfortable and clean Cons: *there is quite a bit a visible wear and tear on the property. The rooms more so than the common grounds. Nothing serious to affect your stay but little things that differentiate between good and exceptional(E.g The mini fridge is bigger than the cabinet so the doors won’t close which is hazard for toddlers. Non properly closing doors seems to be a common occurrence. Damp damaged mirrors, scratched toilet bowl etc) *one of our main issues was that we had requested in advance the rooms to be next door to each other. We got different buildings. Were able to change to the same building after the first night but still got different floors. *There is construction next door if you are on buildings 29-31 you will inevitably hear some construction noise from 7am. The noice is not noticeable in any other areas * our main complaint for this stay was the internet connection. That was absolutely bad and unreliable Considering all of the above I would recommend the hotel for friends and family travelling with kids but would also pass along some notes of what to expect

Meal experience
Erik from Braza Grill was fantastic! He was very social and kept the drinks flowing. He was also very entertaining. Wish we had him for all of our meal service.

Family trip
Roger got us checked in and took good care of us. Make sure to see Roger when you get here. He got us in and out in no time. He was very friendly
