Absolutely love this resort! Staff was very polite. Food was superb, and no reservations necessary for the specialized restaurants was a great idea. I loved that! Slight improvement needed on the swim up bar drinks. Drinks were inconsistent with taste. Shout out to Robin Rosario (waiter) and Josetina (housekeeping)!! Made our trip wonderful!

Spent 2 weeks here in May. Hotel is typical Riu with nice surroundings, plenty of choice of food and drinks and very pleasant staff. We were a little disappointed as we were under the impression that this hotel had been refurbished in 2023. This was not the case. The room we had was lovely and had been upgraded, but not all rooms had been and the pools certainly hadn't. There were lots of tired areas especially the pool. The beach was lovely when the sea weed had been cleared but unfortunately towards the end of our two weeks the machine that cleared it up broke down so the beach was a bit of a mess at the end. We did have a few nights of people partying in the pool at 4am with their boom box going full blast and I had to complain twice to reception before it stopped. We spend a lot of time (5 weeks) and a lot of money each year in Riu hotels around the world and feel really let down by this hotel to the point that my Wife has complained to Riu and Tui.

The hotel in general was clean and great. Service was excellent !! Our room had electricity problems and ac was very loud.

Great hotel
Staying in this hotel right now amazing all the staff go out of their way to make your holiday special right from check-in staff (Robert) , food well what can you say great selection for every taste from the buffet to the special restaurants, entertainment Willie Wonka and team are great work hard to entertain the guests round the poolside and the shows every night. House keeping keep everything as it should be from rooms clean and tidy and stocking up our in room bar, so in closing fantastic hotel recommend YES. Room 3004 nice and quiet ( on our stay )
