Wonderful!
Our trip was amazing! Our house keeper, Roger, was great…he really made our trip special! He payed very close attention to detail. The front office staff were so helpful and friendly! The hotel overall was exceptionally clean which I appreciated so much.

Not great
The Good: - infinity pool overlooking the ocean - Hawaiian Coffee Shop just near entrance to infinity pool area. Terrific Açai bowls, coffee etc - Shops embeded in hotel as well as high end shops nearby The Bad: - Room was awful. No counter space in bathroom. No place to hang anything of length anywhere. Room was a good size but furnished atrociously. As far as the hallways are concerned, the ones in Severance have more appeal. Infinity Pool Rules. You cannot access the pool before 8 a.m. General seating is on a first come first serve basis. The problem is that there are only 6 umbrellas (fixed in the ground) to provide shade for those lucky few who line up before 8am. This is a huge area and woefully inadequate given the blistering heat for the number of guests crammed in this area. It really is a joke. In addition, I spoke to a number of people who were attracted to the Sheraton for the sheer size of its infinity pool, which is very long. These swimmers who are interested in doing laps before 8am opening time can’t do so until the pool opens to everyone. Crazy! It’s not a security issue as there are no lifeguards ever at the infinity pool. Sheraton should permit lap swimmers before 8am. Helicopter Tours The hotel is close to a takeoff point for helicopter tours. These are not far and few between but non stop especially on weekends. No peace and quiet here. Brutal!! Overall, while we loved the views and locations, the negatives were pretty overwhelming and we would not return

Great view
A very busy hotel. Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Great ocean view. Lots of amenities available. Lots of nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. Plenty of Uber drivers so getting around was very easy and surprisingly cheap considering the licatoon.

Sheraton Waikiki Staff Rock!
I am a frequent guest at the hotel and my review is about the staff who work at the Sheraton Waikiki. They are why I keep coming back. Gregg and Joe at the Edge Bar are amazing - be sure to visit them! Kapio who manages the pool staff is exceptional! Xaio Yu who checked on me and my room daily is so kind and helpful! Thank you, Linda at the Edge Bar, for the cake on our January 28th shared birthday! Share the love when you visit and tip generously!

Good experience and helpful manager
We always enjoy a stay at the Sheraton. You can't beat the location and the cost is not bad for it's location. We had a problem with our room-- no need to get into it because it was not major-- but Charleston Irebaria, Assistant Front Office Manager, went above and beyond to take care of it.
