My trip.
I’m an owner and I feel that the room needs to get renovated. There has to be something done about the palapa issue, people just remove your belongings and they sit under the palapa. I know it’s a public beach not my belongings.

Disappointing trip to Aruba.
This is not a 5 star resort. Barely a 3 star. I don't know who rates them but they have never been on property since Occidental. The price for all inclusive is now $2,930. For seven days and nights. The food is mediocre. A few tasty items in the Arubian and Royal dining but other than that it is far from 5 star. Drinks are not high tier like they said, but local vodkas, rums, and kalua etc. I paid an additional upgrade for drink and dining of $630. Otherwise you end up with a terrible buffets, and Mexican restaurant and local liquors. Drinks are served in small paper coffee cups, so you need to return to the bar over and over. Tito's Vodka a no show. Everyone wakes up at dawn to put towels on chaises and beds. Never an open chaise. They need to get more chaises. Housekeeping hangs out in the halls of the rooms while supposedly cleaning rooms. But 8:00 O'clock is too early to be woken up on vacation. The staff was unhappy. The pool had quite a lot of black mold. They are patching with caulking. Pool about 90 degrees. The A/C is very noisy and you can't watch TV while the A/C is running. Pay for Bingo - ridiculous. Never a free perk. I am adamant to prevent this from happening to you. I was taken for a ride. Beware. You can do better.

DANIEL IS AWESOME ENTERTAINING. ENERGETIC, SMART ACCOMODATING. AND A GREAT ADDITION TO YOUR COMPANY. You guts did a great job hiring him. I watched him with several customers and he made us all happy. I like how is multi talent everyone loves him. He speaks multiple language that is cool

Best trip and hotel!
Best hotel ever. Have been coming here for years! Love Armando in the Italian Resturant. Ivette, Belinda, and Marilyn in the First Club who go out of their way to assist. Also, Erick, Daniel, Armando, Erwin, and Maricar at the bar. Thank you!

We had a time!!
Customer services was great! A tropical experience. Most of the restaurants at the resort the food and service was amazing...we have a bunch of favorite people at barcelo that we treat like family. It's our home away from home. We've been visiting yearly since 2014...
