Our family visited the Grand Palladium for the 4th time in August and we are always so blown away by the staff, who let’s face it, make the holiday! We’d like to shout out a small number of staff that we have gotten to know. Karaka - based at sunset cove. Always witty and knowledgeable. He’s an exceptional bartender. Stephen Miles - Our friend for many years now. Thank you for another memorable experience. Our boys are always excited to see you. Kara - Always smiling and provides great service. Donna Kay - our friend from last year, based in the sports bar. Donna Kay is very kind and went truly above and beyond for us. Dalbert - At the Infinity bar works tirelessly Tamara - We have gotten to know Tamara and really enjoyed getting to know her. We value the new friendship that we have. Tenekie (Mimi) - She ran fantastic classes, ranging from cooking to cocktail making. Shannea- At miss Lou’s is another friend of ours from previously. She has our order ready before we sit down and always has a smile on her face. Thanks to the rest of the team at Miss Lou’s also. Tashae and the crew at kids club and absolutely amazing. They were patient with our kids, who really enjoyed kids club. The above named people, and there are too many more to name, make our holiday so special and are a huge factor as to why we keep returning.

Fantastic experience wonderful resort!!!! Some staff spoil it
First I will like to say please choose this resort it is breathtakingly beautiful, food is outstanding and very clean! I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews as I know resort staff work very hard, but we were signature level it’s really not worth it! Our signature level concierge Aliah Allen (villa 32) was so unbelievably rude, from the start she did not help us with anything! We went down to introduce ourselves she was rolling her eyes over simple requests acted as if we were bothering her I asked about how to get a float for my son! She rudely assumed I wanted it free all she could have done was explain where the shops were etc as we had just arrived. She refused a kettle for my mum who has medical issues and she has to steam her eyes she also wanted a cup of English tea! She rudely abruptly suggested she use the coffee machine, that overflows when I said it stated with signature level we should get a kettle she said not for every room I was unaware of that We didn’t communicate with her for rest of holiday as she upset our first two mornings! Not sure if there is any biases with white people I am mixed my mum is white, but we noticed she was much nicer to the black guests Signature level reception was also no good forgot simple requests the man was efficient not sure of name Omar shuttle bus driver very nice, hiancith who done the crepes every morning was fantastic my son really got on with her Dr Dre transportation drive 10/10 wonderful man please request him! Tamara our housekeeper was so amazing done rooms beautiful Overall the staff and experience was amazing and would definitely return but please just remind some staff to make an effort it’s not hard to be a pleasant front of desk staff
