Mar 15, 2025Pleasant surprise-wonderful staff
We just returned from a 10 day stay, and had a lovely time. We upgraded to Sun Club and our room was in building 1. Our room was spacious and spotlessly kept-Jocelina our housekeeper, kept our room spotless and was super friendly. The king bed was firm and we had a large quiet patio on the ground floor. There were a few mosquitos in the evening. We have stayed at 15 all inclusives-the food here was good. kaleidoscope buffet was spotless and the food choices were good-shout out to Martin, Felix G and Anadelsi for making us feel welcomed like family. We dined at the Mexican, Dominican, Amazonian and Blue Water-the Amazonian and Blue Water were our faves -the cafe has great coffees and treats The beach is beautiful and well kept-you do need to get up early to secure loungers -we spent all day every day on the beach and loved it. A suggestion would be a beach valet to assign chairs and remove towels left on loungers often all day with no one coming to sit there. We had lunch daily at Flip Flopz and loved it-the guac, pico and chips are great. Estephany at the bar is a wonderful ambassador The staff works so hard-6:30 am until 9:30 pm in the restaurants-Martin was a presence all 10 days we were there! Kudos to the hard working, super friendly staff. We were apprehensive due to wildly fluctuating reviews but pleasantly surprised-we will return again.

Rooms not clean (sand in bed upon arrival, floors dirty) Food is awful & flies all over food at buffet Beach is very crowded Bar runs out of many drinks (beer, white wine, etc) Sewer smells throughout Inconsistent housekeeping Restaurants advertised as a la carte were buffet & not open half the time Very disappointing, not how advertised.

Good stay at this all-inclusive property. Joel R. greeted us at the front desk and started our trip off to a great start! Joel R. was very kind and super fun! Alexander at the hibachi sushi restaurant was also great! We enjoyed having him as our waiter for the night. The food was average. Not the biggest variety compared to other all-inclusives. The food was decent. Nothing to rave about but nothing bad! The entertainment team was very fun! We loved their shows they would do each night, and the entertainment they provided during the day with aerobics, zumba, and other games. The bar was what I expected from an all-inclusive. I did notice that there would be an issue of supply for the bar where some nights they would have certain ingredients and other times they would not. There was also a day where they ran out of towels and we had to wait an hour for more towels to be brought out. Not the end of the world but just an inconvenience. The beach was also very nice. My only annoyance about the beach was how many people would come up to try to sell you things. I have been to beaches before when people walk around and sell stuff, but I was surprised by how insistent these sellers were. The staff in general was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this location for families!

Baleryn , Yuli, Amanda,candy and Luisana are very helpful and always are making sure you are comfortable and are having a good time! The Adventure club is perfect for little kids who want to make new friends and have a good time! My sister loved being there and made many good friends. The corzone club is also a really good place to make new friends and hangout with them as much as you want. It has many fun games to play and the music is such a good thing to have for kids. I went to the corzone club twice, the first time I went there were a good few kids that were my age and I was a bit nervous at first but Baleryn made me feel so welcome! The second day was also very good there was a good amount of kids to play with and I think the corzone club and the adventure club is a great place to send your kids for some relaxing time.

Great times at the kids club and corezone!
Our kids went to the explorers club and corezone. All of the leaders were wonderful and the kids had a great time. We will be back very soon! Especially wonderful were Baleryn, Yuli, Amanda, Candy and Luisana. They were all great and so very nice!
