A truly beautiful resort with exceptional friendly professional staff. The restaurants were amazing for an all inclusive resort. The layout of the resort made it feel very tranquil, small intimate pools connecting to larger ones. We enjoyed the preferred club swim up room as well.

Great location for a girls’ trip!
This was my first time visiting a Secret’s resort. We were here for a friend’s bachelorette party so the stakes were high and Secret’s delivered. When we arrived there was champagne and cold towels to greet us, and the staff went out of there way to ensure our three rooms were close to each other. We proceeded to the lobby bar where we met Carlos who is easily the best bartender at the resort. He makes custom drinks and they are always incredible. We had dinner on the Veranda which featured a delicious traditional meal and a Mayan performance and met Fernando, the beach club manager who promised to take care of the next day and he did not disappoint! He showered the bachelorette and the rest of us with VIP perks and white glove service the entire time we were visiting and was a great time to hang with. We spent two days at the beach club which is stunning and has delicious snacks and meals throughout along with activities run by Johnny, who has hilarious and a great entertainer. We honestly did not have a bad meal anywhere and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. I’ll definitely be coming back next time with my husband for a couples getaway.

Secrets is the BEST resort in Tulum!!
This has been the most wonderful experience. My girls brought me here for my bachelorette party. The staff is so attentive and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Entertainment is amazing. The beach club is absolutely fabulous. Fernando is absolutely wonderful. He runs the most amazing beach club and has given such wonderful recommendations. Johnny was super cool. He helped us make beautiful bracelets. Carlos and Fernando are the best bartenders between the resort. The food is incredible. The marketplace breakfast buffet is second to none. Make sure to have dinner on Saturday at the veranda and watch the show. The food was so good!! Make sure to go to Secrets! You won’t regret it!

Go to secrets tulum - you wont regret it!
I came here for a bachelorette party and it was a wonderful experience! The resort itself is beautiful and all of its staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. Fernando, the beach club manager, was absolutely amazing!!! So accommodating!! From Carlos the bartender, johnny the bracelet maker, and rafael our waiter at the beach club restaurant were all soooo amazing and helpful! If you are looking for a resort, this is the one to come too! Highly recommended!!!!

Best place!!!
The resort was wonderful!!! So clean, authentic Mexican cuisine, and the staff was incredible!! Fernando was amazing and so helpful, accommodating, and entertaining. Carlos the bartender very attentive and makes the most amazing original drinks like a kiwi margarita and the mescalita!!! Johnny helped us make bracelets and has us laughing the whole time! Definitely recommend!!
