Our experience at TRS was fantastic. The resort itself is very clean, modern and comfortable. No detail is missed. The guest service is the best I have ever experienced. Each and every staff member goes out of their way to ensure your experience is a good one. My fiance has a mango allergy and each restaurant we went to always ensured to ask if there were any allergies before seating the party, which made her feel more confident. We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite. Loved to be able to come back at night or the late afternoons when you need some quiet time away from people. Highly recommend this resort. I am interested to see if other TRS locations around the world are as exceptional as this one.

We are lovers of all TRS resorts but this one is perfection! the food was fantastic along with the wonderful staff. The other resorts you have access to accompany eachother very well. We were in villa 71 with butlers Israel and Bernardo. They were fantastic and such lovely people that went above and beyond to make your stay perfect. 100% recommend staying at this resort.

Bar Io- Francisco & Rosario ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Francisco and Rosario at Bar Io are the best! They made us feel like royalty with their attention to detail and kindness. They remembered our drink orders and made sure our glasses were always full (and made sure to always bring water). They definitely made our day and made us feel like family, we cannot recommend them enough!

Great time!!
The property is beautiful and large, their little army of staff works hard to keep the property in great shape and clean. The service is always quick and done with a smile. Overall my wife and I did not have any unpleasant experiences at the resort. Food was also very tasty with a lot of options. My experiences was a 10/10 and we would like to go back with the entire family when we get a chance.

Great spot at TRS
Ramiro was the best! We have been coming for many years but his smile and service have been above any other we had at El Gaucho. The food is really good and authentic. Truly a memorable night of excellent food and amazing service. Thank you Ramiro!
