It’s was the best trip ever! The service is top notch they couldn’t be more helpful. Great food, great beach, great location I would recommend 100%! I saw some review that weren’t the best BUT if you are on the fence please just go it’s worth it!

Hard Rock Cancun Rocks!
My wife and I enjoyed a week with family and friends at the Hard Rock Cancun in October. Poolside, beachside, inside, and in your room. All the staff that I came across were very guest focused. Friendly and accommodating requests quickly. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Room service and request were outstanding with fast and friendly response and each delivery was exactly what I asked for if not a little extra. I asked for 4 Coronas, and they arrived with the 4 plus offered 3 more which I gladly accepted. Another call I asked for 2 towels, and they arrived with 3. The bar staff were always friendly, and the poolside waiters and waitresses were on top of keeping our drinks fresh. The only downside was bad parenting from some guest, allowing their kids to hang around the swim up pool bars. The reason for our visit was to attend a wedding, the set up on the beach was nice and the food and drinks during the reception was some of the best offerings during our Visit. Where the Hard Rock Cancun really stood out was the service we received from our concierge Jessy. She managed individual request from a group of 32, flawlessly. She arranged for all our spa and activity needs and set up some surprise meals and services throughout our stay. She’s a gem, very focused on a high level of service and satisfaction.

Very great room options with Friendly staff and Great views. I will be returning with my family again the next time they come. Jessy took care of us throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed and more! The staff is the best thing about Hard Rock Cancun.

We went last December and made reservations for this year. I reached out starting in September to cancel our reservations and have met resistance from their “vacation planners” every time with escalating threats about cancellation charges. They want $600 for cancellation more than 91 days in advance and $1000 for cancellations 61 or more days in advance. None of this was shared with me when I made my reservation. You will also get a really hard sell on their time share and the best parts of the hotel are sections reserved for time share customers. Give this place and all Hard Rock hotels a hard pass.

We had a week long stay with a very large group to attend a wedding on the premises. The wedding went off without a hitch beautiful day, beautiful location, and wonderful food. Jessy was our butler and saw to our every need accommodating everyone with their specific requests which were many!!! She made dinner reservations, secured beach and pool chairs, spa appointments, transportation, and the list goes on and on. I can’t say enough about the job Jessy did to make our vacation the best ever
