DJ Julian, Faustino, Ariel, and Fredi from the entertainment team was amazing whit all the people, every night they made us to happy, the music all the time made me dance, thank you to all the staff in majestic for the attention, the best resort!!!

Great experience!
Joshept was so friendly! And he taught me and my friends these steps and how to dance! He was so nice to everyone. It was so funnnnnnnnnnnn yay!!! I totally recommend going here because everyone is so fun and friendly! I love dancing at the bars

AMAZING!
Amazing experience. I've never been happier! The staff are very friendly and the food is amazing! They will accommodate you with anything you need, and are very understanding to food allergies. If you drink, they will cater to your every need

Jan 21, 2025Do not upgrade your room to a Elegance Club Swim Up
I paid for an Elegance Club Majestic Junior Suite Swim up in August and arrived January 20th to more of a Junior Suite room with a pool that I can walk down and plunge in, no bathing chairs and what they so called a garden view. Disgraceful !! You see beautiful pictures advertising of actual swim up pools with two white lounge chairs attached to their room with a pool. This is what people think they are paying extra money to get. What a false advertisement on behalf Elegance Majestic. I give them a 1 out of 5 because of paying extra for this room. Save your money and get a Junior Suite!!! They need to rename this room because this is definitely not a swim up. I shared pictures of my so called swim up and pictures of the outside of the real swim up suites.

Lovely place. Nice sized rooms. Had hoped to get a room with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Great food. Very nice and helpful staff. Great butler--Rubi. Housekeeping doing an excellent job. Loved bracelet making with Eduardo. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely experience!
