Sep 04, 2026First All Inclusive Resort- Expectations excelled
This is my first all inclusive resort. The staff here is amazing. As soon as you step onto the premises you are greeted by friendly and informative bell boys. Once you come into the building, you are greeted with smiling faces and get the sense that you are taken care of. As a worry traveler, this was amazing to let go of the mental load that can come with traveling overseas. Over at the Moonlight bar, you are greeted with smiles, jokes, and a drink that will stick with you created by Martín and Hugo. Gabriela looks out for all patrons and look out for her coworkers. If you get the chance, meet Angel L! He is friendly and feels like a friend you can depend on during your stay. Would you believe me if I said all this happened in the first day of the trip? For your next trip, you should definitely visit the Royalton Chic all inclusive adult resort. You will not be disappointed and feel like your money was well spent and valued.

Wonderful first day with more fun to come
Martin, Hugo, and Gabriela made my entire night. I had a delayed flight in early morning and wasn’t able to check in my room (understandably so). They made jokes with me and the drinks were fantastic. Gave wonderful suggestions on different drinks to try and I now have my new favorite. Thank you all. Angel was also a wonderful host from the start by giving a full tour of the hotel right from the lobby with discounts for different spots. Also can’t forgot the bellboys, very accommodating and always smiling.

This used to be one of my favorite resorts. Keywords used to be. First thing is we didn’t know that the rooftop pool was not open, they did not communicate that with us until we got there after we had paid.Secondly, we had diamond club. They never restocked our rooms not even after I called. My son called for an extra blanket. He never received that either. The next thing, the most important thing that pissed me off more than anything someone stole my son’s best friends passport out of his room. They were not helpful at all in trying to figure out what happened. They acted very nonchalant about it, knowing that this young man is in another country without his passport. Thankfully, he had his drivers license with him. But still had to pay an additional $45 to get back into the country. Plus, he just received that passport this year so he has to pay for a whole new one. The entertainment was OK. Food was OK. That buffet definitely needs help for all meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I wouldn’t stay there even if they let me stay for free.
