Wonderful room and resort. My husband and I typically don't do all inclusive anymore but his resort was so fun and exciting for a couple of days. I would recommend especially for families with children. I would love to give a shout out to our wonderful butlers Alejandro Barrera, Katya Silva & Andrés Álvarez.

Only reason why I gave it to stars is because people will likely read them to more than one star. What a horrible experience Food is good. Staff is nice as soon as you get away from the Receptionist who are short and rude. The biggest issue is the seminar they force you to take and insist you do as a couple or will not allow it. Unfortunately, I came here as a friend referral which they offered a discount because of only to find if I don’t go to it Discounted amount is owed on whatever rate they decide on. It’s unfortunate as my wife discovered the night before the scheduled seminar that her mom had a stroke and is currently looking for air flights to go home immediately and is no condition. I explained this to them. They’re only responses if she’s not here you have to pay. No empathy. Edith, especially has a horrible attitude and refuses to accommodate this horrible situation. The only thing that makes the situation worse is I explained this to them when I checked in they then proceeded to walk me all the way to their war room before they denied me instead of being able to assist with my grieving wife

It’s fantastic no matter if you want to chill or seek adventures.
Truly a unique resort. Great views. Stellar service. Probably one of the top service resorts we have stayed at. Katya Silvia, Alejandro Barrera, and Andres Alvarez took great care of us. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. From the front desk, to the hostess who greeted me at Fuego every morning when I got coffee on the go. Rooftop is top notch. Highly recommend the upgrade to Casa Fuego (which is adult only). There is plenty to do as well. We didn’t venture out as I was there more for work but we loved our trip just hanging out at the pool and enjoying the sun.
