wish pool was heated. Top shelf liquor. very clean room with good view and hot tub on balcony. Resrt is clean. resort does good job removing all seaweed, The water is not as clear as other resorts do to run off from mangroves at each end of property. Resort staff is very friendly. Buffet is great. Sit down dinners could be better. we used preferred lounge every night before dinner for great drinks and apps. before and after dinner. pool area is very crowded. Our kids used the gilder, water slides and game rooms. The kids also ate a lot of popsicles and ice cream at coco cafe

This was the noisiest resort that I have EVER stayed at! Smelled like sewer most days. I would not recommend! Food was not that great! There were more kids in the adult pool than adults and were allowed at the bar. The place was beautiful but the resort itself was small. Watch out for the crocs if you go to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The Staff was friendly and attentive. The Rooms were clean. View was beautiful. Pool chairs are all claimed by 9am, so get to the pool early. Activities were fun. Enjoyed dinner at Portofino and Himitsu. Our son enjoyed the slides and zip line.

If you have young kids this is for you. If you have trens or a group of adults, choose another resort.
If you are taking a family with young children, this is probably the resort for you. If you have a group of adults or mature teenagers don't go here. We had to get up at 6am each day to save chairs or choose not to have them daily. The food was OK but nothing like we have experienced at other Dreams. Double beds are not promised and if you do not get that room, expect a king bed and a memory form sofa sleeper. It's not idea when your teenagers are basically adults. Tons of families with small children and most of the entertainment was based around them. A few of the shows such as the fire dancers were fun. Overall, if your a family with small children this is a good fit. If your kids are over 10 years old or your going with adults choose another location. There are a lot of other Dreams that are better for older families.

The resort is dated, we were there for a family trip for our daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, service was not good. Had continued issues trying get our room cleaned, mini bar snacks/coffee refilled. The bathrooms are dated, need to be updated, restrooms on the resort are not kept clean.
