Had an awesome trip, stayed in the preferred beach area most of the time. Mercedes was great, always helping with whatever we needed! Manuel with the entertainment crew is great also, along with Luis and Margarita in concierge. Sylvia in the preferred lounge is also very helpful! Thank you all for a great trip!

Mercedes made our experience awesome
Mercedes made our experience amazing during our vacation at dreams resort a phenomenal one. I highly recommend getting his hospitality by the beach. We loved it. He is always there to take care of all your needs, that could be drinks, food, towels and more.

The best part of our trip was by far the entertainment team by the pool!! Manuel and Nirvana were amazing and made our vacation so much fun. The hotel’s pools and views were beautiful! Unfortunately I’m not giving 5 stars based on the quality of the food…most restaurants were average at best with very long wait times.

Our favorite 'all-inclusive' experience!
Beautiful Resort! The weather was perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was good with many restaurants to choose from. Both pool areas were fantastic. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view of the main pool area and the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Very comfortable and relaxing. Many activities are scheduled all day and evening. Uber travel was very easy and accessible to go to Cabo San Lucas or San Jose. Definitely our very favorite vacation so far!

A good DREAMS in the collection!
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Dreams Los Cabos, as we had been to Dreams Tulum and had a very undesirable experience last June 2024. While the resort seemed bustling, it was nice to have quiet time at the adult pool and with Ernesto serving excellent drinks. There was a lack of additional staff providing towels in the early morning or walk around the pool offering service. The restaurants had a good variety of vegetarian options, which is extremely helpful and appreciated. Including a visit to the French restaurant, Bordeaux, which created a special plate on our 2nd night for dinner! Breakfast was the best with 2 of the most wonderful women making quesadillas and omelets!! Without them, our day wouldn't have been a good start! A shout out to Christo, who was a welcoming smile and wonderful help by providing assistance as needed. As a new employee, he was off to a great start!! Overall, our experience was VERY GOOD!! We enjoyed just about everything. It was a quick fun in the sun excursion!
