    Stayed in the Rui Tequila on our honeymoon back in September 1919 Back 25 years later in the Rui Yucatan still a fantastic place to stay everything available to you in several of the hotels not just the one you are staying in. Staff Brilliant food and rooms very good standard

    Awesome two weeks 😎

    Fantastic from start to finish. The staff were amazing. Lots of food to choose from, speciality restraunts are a must. Huge shout out to Vincent in the Asian restraunt who made my Partners birthday a night to remember. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Spotless, in fact the whole hotel is so clean. The staff work tirelessly to ensure this. On checking in after a very long day travelling, we were greeted by Selene. She was fantastic throughout the duration of our trip and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely back sometime soon.

    Amazing experience, all inclusive done right.

    Facilities were so clean, the beach is superb, great service, great bar drinks, everyone is super nice, great entertainment staff, food is mostly very good. We had the time of our lives, my wife and I stayed for 2 weeks at Riu Yucatan and we loved it, we would come back and recommend it to anyone. Everything is 5/5, the only thing that could improve is updating the restrooms of the hotel rooms, we got the smaller, blue room, and the bathroom was a bit outdated but totally functional. We didn't stay in the room much, so it wasn't a problem, we really enjoyed being out in the sun all day long.Playing volleyball, in the pool, ping pong, ocean kayaking and just being out on the beach.

    Excellent stay would highly recommend

    We just returned from the Yucatan, we had a great time, everywhere was spotless the food was great especially the speciality restaurants. Some parts do need a lick of paint but nothing that was too bad. Our room1201 was amazing double room with separate shower and jacuzzi bath. The beach was also very clean, try to catch the sunrise it’s amazing.

    Absolutely love this place staff was accommodating. When checking in staff went overboard and out of their way to accommodate us to first floor due to recent knee injury. Everything went smoothly. Very happy & will return for longer stay
