Apr 26, 2025Massage at The Royal Spa: best in my life!
I had two of the most amazing massages of my life with SARA at the Royal spa. She knew exactly where to apply pressure or to karate chop me or to just rub deeply. She used hot stones and lotion in such a soothing way. I had to pay extra for the hot stones, but they were worth it. I highly recommend her not only for her professionalism, but her friendly nature. I was approaching my birthday and she even sang happy birthday to me in Spanish. And she allowed me to record her so I could play the video back on my actual birthday once I am home. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic stay! Loved every minute
Fantastic 2 week holiday…lovely place! The hotel itself is definitely in need of an update, but we really enjoyed every minute. The buffet selection for food breakfast lunch and dinner has been fantastic! The ‘al a carte’ restaurant are just ok. The sun bed situation is tricky, but a big big shout out to the pool guys Reuben and Jose who control and manage it all so well!! They are a credit to the hotel. DC and hideaway buffet areas to eat are run really well too, again Juan is a credit…he is efficient and so helpful and friendly!! We loved our stay and once the refurb is done we’d love to be back and hopefully see all the hard working members of staff again..

Royalton Fit Fantastic
This review is for Edgar and Jorge fit team. Had fantastic time at Yoga and Aquafit. Lovely, vibrant guys….🌹 Lovely people, want more classes, even sent picture of me doing yoga. Fantastic beach. Maria at guests services great. Lovely view.

Great stay
Ricardo at the nautica was an amazing part of our stay. We loved the beach and Ricardo serving us at the nautica barwas a great part of this. We will definitely return just for this experience alone. We loved our trip and thought the world of Ricardo

This is our third time at the hotel but the first time we have stayed by the diamond club pool. In our opinion the diamond club is by far the best and this is down to the hard work of Alberto and Juliana. They make sure everyone gets involved and never stop having fun. Thankyou
