    Awesome

    What a great stay! The property offers most everything you would want or need and if it doesn't it's only a short walk away. The staff are absolute rockstars! For the value I'm not sure you could beat it. Also my housekeeping Host Mary is the best. You really get the sense that they care about you and your experiences.

    Ask the front desk if there is construction on your floor!

    Arrived for a much anticipated vacation this past week. Unfortunately we were placed on the 17th floor where construction occurred above us everyday from 9am-3pm. When asking for a different room we were told 'we are full' and the front desk just laughed.... Beware booking this hotel, they do not disclose details and should not be able to charge full rates for a symphony of construction through the day. Wonderful job taking my money outrigger

    Great stay!

    Excellent service great facilities and personalized cleaning that was great and friendly. Thank you to my floor host Eileen, warm and friendly service. The beach is right on your doorstep. Great views of Diamond head and the sunrise and so close to everything!

    Amazing marathon week

    We decided to take a family vacation the week prior to the Hawaii marathon and the entire time we were treated like family. Every day seemed like a new day, Sonia was attentive and helped us with any questions. She was so sweet and friendly. Resort responded in a timely manner, valet parking staff was always so nice and greeted with smiles every day!!! I didn't wanna go back home. We give 10+ in my book!! Views from the hotel we're amazing too sunrise to sunset.

    Perfect place to stay!

    Incredible experience!! The hotel is very clean, great customer service, and right in the middle of all places to visit in Waikiki. Our housekeeper, Xue Cong, made the experience perfect by keep the room clean after days of play and answering all of our questions about the hotel. Thank you for a great experience!!!
