Really great place. The restaurants are great. The show and music in the Mexican Restaurant was Amazing. I really enjoyed the pool. The pool concierge David was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us. The town was safe to walk in and around during the day. We didn’t venture out at night. The only thing we didn’t care for was the loud music in the evening and the slamming of doors till 2-3am. But over all it was an Amazing experience.

Girls birthday trip
David (pool concierge), Edgar and Daniel ( pool waiting staff) were AMAZING our entire stay! They kind, understanding, fun, and ON TOP OF THINGS!! None of them ever let the ball drop on anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay. This was a great girls getaway but I will be back with my husband to share this experience.

Great food and staff
The room was great, really liked the view of the ocean. Food was excellent. Best food we've had at an all-inclusive resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was well maintained and clean. Like the layout of the resort, everything was fairly close.

Secrets Vallarta Bay is an older resort which I knew going in - so my expectations were lower in some regards going in. While this isn’t the nicest Secrets resort I have been to, the service here was fantastic especially from the pool and restaurant staff. Oscar in Tamarindo and Edgar at the pool cabanas made our stay! We also enjoyed the evening entertainment- one night they had a band playing and it felt like a wedding reception they had everyone up and dancing which was fun. Pro: close to airport, actually has a beach. Con: older resort so some maintenance issues like A/C, food wasn’t as good as other secrets resorts, most restaurants are on the dreams side of the resort.

Amazing Service
We had a wonderful time. The service was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our butler, Jose Becerra was very responsive and accommodating…even making sure I had enough coffee pods for our trip. Our cabana server, Johnathon, worked so hard (even in the rain!) to be sure we were well taken care of! If the opportunity presents itself, we will be back!
