Jan 19, 2025Rooftop top pool well worth the upgrade
We just spent 10 days at your beautiful resort. We booked the rooftop patio suite with the pool. Let me just say having that option of the pool and privacy, I don't know if that will ever be topped. The restaurants and food was some of the best I've had at any all inclusive. Shoutout to your wonderful staff. Orlando ,Giovanni and Jayra at the Italian restaurant we're fantastic we ate there 3 times. Willy and Jose at the steak house were great. The beach servers Moises and Cauche were the best never went without drinks. Our room was always spotless thanks to Manuela. And lastly Filippe our butler was there whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend upgrading to excellence club. We'll worth it. My only small recommendation is that some of the furniture needs to be replaced in the rooms. Looking a little worn. Some stains on the couch and some rips on the rooftop patio bed. But honestly that was our only compliment and it's a small one. All around great place would definitely return.

Kick Back and Enjoy!
Beautiful grounds. Amazing beach. Delicious food. Spacious very comfortable room. Fantastic super friendly staff. Special mention for Ariel who led all the entertainment activities. He led a fantastic yoga stretch session, a really fun water Zumba class, held a fun (and quite competitive) trivia game, and even taught us how to make cool bracelets for our grandkids. Thanks Ariel!!!

So many fun activities at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres with Eduardo and Ariel
We had the best time with Eduardo and Ariel! They made friendship bracelets by the pool. They were so much fun! Super friendly and kind. They were dancing with us and making jokes. They even made a bracelet for me when I needed to feed my baby. They made our expierence at majestic Elegance in costa mujeres so amazing!

We had a great stay at the Majestic. We traveled with 28 family members and shared a wonderful time together. We loved the Mar House for lunch and Don Juame and El Mariachi Local for dinner and the Piano bar for drinks. Most of the staff was great, especially Claudio, Karla and Monte at the Piano Bar. They made amazing drinks for us and were lovely people. . The beach was amazing, I think we spent most of our time there! Definitely arrange a few excursions for yourself while you are here, the history of the area is incredible and so are many of the ruins and cenotes.

We have found our home away from home!
I have been to many resorts in the Cancun area and most are very nice, but the Majestic takes it to the next level! We took a mother/daughter's trip to this property and booked the club adults only side. We were greeted with a welcome drink a cold towel and a separate check in area with snacks and drinks. Our butler then greeted us and took us on a tour of the hotel. He then showed us our rooms and explained everything in detail. Our bags arrived shortly after. We had two of the basic rooms on the club side, mainly because they were the only rooms that offered double beds. The rooms didn't feel basic at all. They were large with nice details and a great balcony with a jacuzzi outside. I received a survey the next day and I did put that my room had a musty smell (which I know is common) and that my AC seemed to turn off at night. Within 3 hours they had cleaned my room again (it was already clean) it smelled amazing and they adjusted my air so that it was ice cold! I was sooooo impressed. The other standout feature is EVERYTHING is truly included. All of the restaurants are included in the price. There is no nickel and diming for a lobster or a steak! The steakhouse was sooooo good and I am a Texan! The cabanas are also included! This was a game changer because most resorts charge for the cabanas and you have a ton of wasted space which leads to chair hoarding and needing to wake up early to get a spot! We never had an issue finding a spot even though the resort was fully booked! They also have so many small pool areas throughout the property if you do not want to be at the main pool areas. It was awesome even though we spent most of our time at the beach! That sand was sooooo soft! The beach service was also amazing! The nightly entertainment was great as well! The staff truly go above and beyond at this property! We had mentioned my daughter's birthday was the week before and our butler decorated her bed while we were out at a show one evening! We will for sure being going back to this resort! I have to give a shout out to a few of the amazing staff who really stood out to us! Palacious, Sebastian,Pablo,Isai, Abraham, Omar and Mike!
