Pretty, but not worth the prices
The grounds and the aquariums are beautiful, but very large and winding. To get from one side to the next outdoors was confusing. Everything is very expensive and an additional charge-comedy club, putt putt ($46+tax each), etc. Drinks by the pool overpriced. Dinner, while good, very expensive and do not even take leftovers back- only one ice cream shop will reheat it for you in a different building. When told you have "run of the house", you do not. You cannot go on certain beaches or in certain pool areas, even if they are completely empty. And you are charged for pool fee and then a resort fee, all taxed. No value and overly pretentious for what you are given

Complaint Regarding Health Incident at Carmine’s Restaurant – Atlantis
Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this email finds you well. My name is Vadim Mihailov, and I recently stayed at Royal Atlantis Bahamas in room 12.582 of the West Tower. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious health issue that occurred during my stay, specifically on the evening of December 2nd, at Carmine’s restaurant. I have been a loyal guest at Atlantis The Palm for many years, having visited several times while living in Dubai. This stay was especially important to my family and me, as it was a much-needed break after a particularly demanding period in my life. I had high expectations for this visit, which, unfortunately, were not met due to the incident I am about to describe. On December 2nd, my wife and I dined at Carmine’s restaurant. We ordered a mixed green salad, fried zucchini, and spaghetti with shrimp. The salad was tasteless and not fresh, and the zucchini portion was excessively large and had a strange taste. Unfortunately, I continued to eat, despite the odd flavor, as I was quite hungry after waiting for a long time for our main course. Later that evening, I began feeling unwell. I was violently ill throughout the night, vomiting 14-15 times, experiencing severe diarrhea (7-8 times), stomach cramps, fever (100°F), and blood in my stool. The symptoms were severe enough that I called the hotel reception for medical assistance. I was told that the doctor would be available at 8:00 AM, so I waited until then and went to the nurse’s station. Upon arrival, I found that the doctor was not available until after 1:00 PM. While waiting, I became increasingly ill, almost passing out in the clinic, and was given forms to complete. The nurse repeatedly reminded me that the cost of hydration treatment would be $800, which added unnecessary stress to an already dire situation. I eventually received IV treatment, and although I felt a little better, I continued to experience digestive issues, including more vomiting and diarrhea, over the next few days. During this time, I was unable to eat, sleep, or enjoy any of the activities I had planned. My health deteriorated, and I was left feeling exhausted, weak, and deeply disappointed by my experience at Atlantis. My family also suffered as they had to watch me struggle with these severe symptoms, and my wife, who is pregnant, was understandably concerned about the potential risks to her health as well. In addition to the physical toll, the incident significantly disrupted my business schedule and personal life, leading to postponed meetings and missed work obligations. I am currently undergoing medical treatment and will continue to do so for some time, which is causing further distress. Given my long-standing relationship with Atlantis, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I sincerely hope that this complaint will be taken seriously, and I request a thorough investigation into the food quality and the handling of medical care during my stay. It is crucial that steps be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. I look forward to hearing from you and trust that you will address this issue appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Vadim Mihailov

Fantastic
Fantastic trip. Went from Monday to Friday and I don’t think I sat down once. So much to do and so much fun. I need another vacation after this so I can relax. Yes it is very expensive but there are ways to make things cheaper. Purchase your booze and snacks from supermarket. They will deliver right to your door. We bring our own thermos for drinks. The buffet is worth it when they serve steak. Go to the fish fry area for dinner. You won’t be disappointed.

Two tickets to paradise
One of the loveliest resorts we have ever visited. From the quiet strolls on the beach or around the beautiful well designed grounds to the excitement of the casino, Atlantis has it all. This resort has been designed to cater to all age groups and has plenty to offer for all. Thank you Atlantis, we hope to be back

Good pools, water park, beaches, average overpriced food and rooms.
The resort is large, very large. Food was overpriced and average at best. Our room was not serviced twice and when I asked for specific times of service the workers were particularly annoyed. Activities are disconnected (have to sign separate waiver for every activity and told at checkout if I had a question about an activity front desk couldn't do anything about it). Casino staff was confrontational as you move from one end of the resort to the other through the casino. Beaches were nice, however, and water activities / water park was very very good. I'd recommend staying off resort and getting a day pass to enjoy the water park in particular.
