Erick and Ricky are the LIFEEEEEEEEEE OF THIS RESORT !!!!!!! They made my time on the resort so lively I didn’t need to go anywhere with off resort for entertainment and fun !! The service from all staff was more than excellent! I will be back soon!

Dreams Tulum
The resort overall was absolutely amazing but the life of the party is Ricky and Erick at the pool they kept us having an amazing time. THE WHOLE TIME. We came to celebrate a graduation and a birthday and the whole time we enjoyed. We came to the pool for a whole morning just to enjoy the pool vibes with Ricky and Erick.

May 19, 2025Relaxing spot with helpful staff
Used a private driver to get there from Cancun airport which worked great by avoiding multiple stops. Didn’t see any elevators so be ready for some stairs if not on first floor. Multiple restaurants but not all open so started just calling lobby each night to see what was open for dinner. Good variety of food. Very friendly staff. Eric and Melania at Portofino were great. Older place but has been renovated. Rocky beach so wear water shoes or stay by pool. Preferred option was nice - had our own section of beach and staff. Rodrigo and Guadalupe took good care of us. Fitness center each morning with Horacio was clean and had choice of equipment. Lots of weddings - multiple daily. I Was there with friends which was a bit unusual based on many families coming in for weddings. Hyatt sales people left us alone once they knew our spouses weren’t with us. Room had good comfortable beds, air conditioning and fridge was restocked daily. Clean and comfortable. Did half day excursion to Ruins. Very hot but interesting to see. Glad we only did half day.

Erick with a K was amazinggggg!!!! He was the absolute BEST!!!! We played bingo and I actually won!!!! I got the best gift ever!!!! Food and drinks were good as well!!!! OMG!! Love, Rihanna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
