JAMAS VOLVERIA AL DREAMS VISTA!! Era la primera vez que venia a este hotel para poder relajarme y pasármela bien con mi familia, sin embargo no me gusto para nada el tiempo que estuve ahí, honestamente a nadie le gustaría estar en lugar que se sienta acosada por un trabajador del hotel y un pésimo servicio Solo aparenta ser un hotel bonito con sus instalaciones pero el personal que trabaja ahí no son los adecuados, para tratar a una mujer, el tiempo que logre estar en ese hotel fue horrible me sentía acosada por un chico de entretenimiendo el se llama samuel, esa persona siembre iba a buscarme a mi lugar o donde yo estuviera para que platicara con el y pedirme mi Instagram para tener comunicación con el a pesar que ya le había dicho que no, yo pensé que solo era yo la que se daba cuenta de la manera de como me buscaba pero mi familia también se dio cuenta de como me veía, y si era muy incomodo seguir platicando con alguien que te ve cuando caminas y cuando usabas su traje de baño Honestamente si el personal es así es un asco regresar a este lugar, y no solo fue ese tema, si no que siempre es un hotel que tiene mucho tiempos de espera, el restaurante Vista prime. siempre tiene una larga lista de espera, NUNCA SONRIEN, hacen el trabajo solo por el dinero pero el servicio es repugnante!!! el buffet esta muy mal, siempre son la comida muy frías, falta mas variedad, NO HAY PLAYA es un lugar muy pequeño para la playa, no puedes hacer nada. un consejo, NUNCA VENGAN AL DREAMS VISTA A VIVIR UNA TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA CON SU FAMILIA ------------------------------------ NOW IN ENGLISH I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO DREAMS VISTA!! It was the first time I came to this hotel to be able to relax and have a good time with my family, however I did not like the time I was there at all, honestly no one would like to be in a place where they feel harassed by a hotel worker and a terrible service It only appears to be a nice hotel with its facilities but the staff that works there are not adequate, to treat a woman, the time I managed to stay in that hotel was horrible, I felt harassed by an entertainment guy, his name is Samuel, that person always went to look for me at my place or wherever I was so that I could talk to him and ask for my Instagram to have communication with him even though I had already told him no, I thought that it was only me who realized the way of how he was looking for me, but my family also noticed how I looked, and it was very uncomfortable to continue talking to someone who sees you when you walk and when you were wearing their bathing suit. Honestly, if the staff is like this, it sucks to return to this place, and it was not only that issue, but it is always a hotel that has long waiting times, the Vista prime restaurant. They always have a long waiting list, THEY NEVER SMILE, they do the job just for the money but the service is disgusting!!! The buffet is very bad, the food is always very cold, there is no more variety, THERE IS NO BEACH, it is a very small place for the beach, you can't do anything. a piece of advice, NEVER COME TO DREAMS VISTA TO LIVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR FAMILY

Myself, my wife, and our 3 year old son stayed for a week at Dreams Vista Cancun at the end of Nov 2024. This was the first time at this resort and also the first time there as a guest fitness instructor via Fitbodies Inc. As a certified GFI I taught "Mobility" at 9am and 10am every morning out on the pier under the big palapa. What a beautiful spot to teach. It was such a fun experience to teach and meet a bunch of great people every day. Outside of those hours teaching I was able to spend my days on the beach and at the pool with my wife and son enjoying all the great things the resort has to offer. While on a small piece of land the resort is laid out well and you quickly learn how to navigate all the amenities. I enjoyed the majority of the food (especially the lunch time taco grill) and dinner high above the lights of the Cancun HZ. The staff was incredible. I've been to Cancun 15 times now and I have to say the best part is just how many great staff members you meet each time. I was greeted the first night by David from the E-Team who showed me what I needed for my classes and was just an all around great guy. Leo on the beach who worked tirelessly all day making sure we were well hydrated. Special shout out to Andrea who was such a great person and who made my 3 year old son feel so special as she came up with fun kids drink ideas for him to try. Thank you so much for making our week special. Have to also mention that as non Preferred Club guests and parents of a toddler we largely missed out on what looked like an unreal roof top bar and pool set up. Had that been an option for us I am sure I would have really enjoyed it. The gym was awesome too with beautiful views to gaze at while grinding on the treadmill. The rooms are modern and clean with big showers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. I think this resort is definitely fair value for the cost and (as usual in Mexico) the staff make you feel special the entire time.

Average compared to other Dreams Resorts. Food was not good impressive and the beach is not as advertised. Be prepared to be sold by Ultimate Vacation Club. The pool is cool and the vibe is very chic. The drinks were watered down with expectation of the preferred bars. I highly recommend upgrading to get preferred amenities. Better drinks, access to the rooftop pool and preferred check out.

I stayed at Dreams Vista Resort for the past 7 days and had an amazing experience! The customer service was exceptional, and I want to extend my special thanks to Rubi from entertainment, Jose from the hibachi kitchen, and Adam, our server at the restaurant. You all made my stay truly memorable!

Overall, it is a well kept property. You have view of either the North or South, with downtown Cancun to the West. Ample space on the beach. Really enjoyed the hammocks in the ocean. Nice long pool design gives families their space. You can open sliding doors in room to let in breeze from balcony. beautiful views of the Hotel strip, the sunrise/sunset and beyond. Enjoyed the outdoor dinner buffet with live entertainment. One improvement... the food should be less "banquet style".
