The rooms were rather plain, yet comfortable. There were no microwave, coffee maker or fridge in the room. Maybe I’m just spoiled with all of the hotels that I have recently stayed in, but in each one they had all three. Besides these small issues the stay was pleasant. Oh yeah, you have to pay for parking: $25 a day, but you can park and repark on any MGM property for free. Just make sure you keep your paid receipt.

Rudest customer service I’ve encountered. Threaten to call security on us for 15 minutes of late check out. The bellman was also rude and “hinted” for tips. The room is old. Location is ok on the strip. Will not stay or recommend anyone to stay here at all.

Overall satisfaction nothing special, everything was where it should be. Would come again. Like the location of the casino, there are food options in and around the casino. Wish the parking was closer to the casino. Which is due to the fact I would be in winter and not trying to walk as much.

Constant technical issues with the parking gates, no pool & charging $25 a day for a fridge. Had to call attendants multiple times a day to leave the parking lot. One time had to pay extra at the gate just to leave. I need my $25 back. MGM Rewards offered no perks. $75 for a fridge over 3 days is too much. Had to drive 10 minutes to MGM Grand then walk 20 minutes to get to the pool at another property because the one at Excalibur was closed.

Never Again!
Not worth the cost at all. The staff was very rude and unpleasant. We paid for amenities that weren't even available during our stay. Cleaning staff never came to take our trash out or replace our towels. And we had many issues with our key cards but they were much better than our digital key that never worked. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ruined our first experience of Las Vegas. And I keep getting an error when trying to submit this review for "profanity" and there is none.
