I recently visited the resort for a birthday celebration. The atmosphere and scenery were fantastic. However, I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff at various restaurants; they were great with customer service, from the front staff to the chefs. I'm writing about my experiences with Chef Dena and Ashanti at the breathless rooftop restaurant I went to for lunch on multiple occasions. I was impressed with the variety of Jamaican soups. The “pumpkin, red peas, chicken soup " impressed me most: its incredible flavor and scotch bonnet flair.

Nov 25, 2024Unless you want to hear everything, make sure your room is far from lobby.
Make sure your room isn’t near the lobby. Can be very loud and you can hear stuff all day/night long. Also our shower didn’t work properly. Learned that our friends had the same room and had to change rooms. We checked in the next day and got the same room with the same issue.

Wonderful Staff but Disappointed with Upkeep
My review is mixed since we had the most wonderful staff, but we’re underwhelmed with the state of the hotel and the upkeep. There was a strong damp smell lots of water damage on wood surfaces. The room was not as clean as we would have expected, the shower door had lots of grime on it. The outdoor grounds were beautiful, but we spent most of our days at the Secrets grounds where there were much more options and beach access. The most memorable part of our trip were the wonderful Staff we met. Melissa, at the breakfast counter was so sweet and accommodating she is so warm and a wonderful person. Sean, from secrets was wonderful as well. He gave us rides from place to place and arranged for us to have everything we needed. Chef Martin was also extremely accommodating to our kosher needs and helped with any food accommodations. Overall, we would not return since we were not happy with the state of the hotel, but I will forever remember the staff there, especially Melissa.

Excellent outstanding
Runneil was a good employee he made sure me and my friends had a great time all 4 days. He’s a great dancer I love everything about this hotel. We will be coming back the whole entertainment group was a solid 10/10 we loved it. Would recommend to others
