We had a group of 10, family and friends, mixed ages from 20-50. We had a great time! Excellent service throughout the entire resort! We had Xhale club rooms and our butler Onal was wonderful! The bartenders at the main pool were fun as well as the entertainment staff. Shout out to Carlos, Alberto, Daniel, Arturo as well as Tuti Fruti? Ken, Shawn and Keyby? Great service and fun from Pablo and Victor with our luggage and golf cart rides! The staff here made our trip fun and memorable! highly recommend this place!!

Great experience
We had a swim up pool suite. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Food and beverage was also amazing. The staff was more than accommodating, and very upbeat and fun to be around. This was our first time in Punta Cana and we will be back.

A delightful resort although it was a little too lively for us overall. We could not fault the staff in this hotel with notable excellence, Martina and Ulysses in The Strip restaurant. Milly and Murphy in the XHale Bar and Nanjelly in The Spoon. The food was amazing everywhere but we though the Italian restaurant under par. The resort was spotlessly clean with attention to detail in every area. The swimming spools, hot tubs and beach a delight.

Amazing experience
Our whole experience was amazing. From the staff to the food to the room to the entertainment. We don't have any complaints. The bed was comfy, food was delicious, and drinks were made well. There was table service everywhere which was great

Wonderful getaway with friends
What an amazing trip. This was by far the best resort we have ever stayed at in the Dominican (we have been to at least 12 others). We did the upgrade to the exhale club when booking and it was definitely worth it. All rooms come with a private whirlpool tub on your balcony/ patio. You get a private club for all your needs as well as a private pool and restaurant as well as 24 hr room service. . All exhale members get their own personal concierge assigned to them and ours was Roalvys. He made everything just that much extra special for us. He arranged rides to our dinners, booked dinners and spa treatments, and even made arrangements to get our friend’s phone fixed when it broke. He consistently checked in with us to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. We felt very spoiled with his attention. Bar service was great- always quick to bring you drinks. We mostly hung out at the pool and our favourite waitress was Melliagros. She knew our groups order and made sure we were never without. The food was the best we’ve had at any resort! Our favourite was the French restaurant but they all were excellent. The beds were excellent and wifi available throughout the resort. Best part of this resort was adults only!! You could use the amenities/ restaurants at the resort next door which was a nice bonus. They had a lovely lazy river. All in all I give this resort 5 stars and hope to go back again soon.
