My husband and I stayed for 5 days and found everything we were looking for in a winter getaway. One of my favorite areas of the resort was visiting the spa. I had three OUTSTANDING massages (80 min derp tissue, 20 back, and 80 min hot stone) with Livia. She is a magical and talented masseuse. So many friendly helpful staff at the resort! Simieone, Oliver, Frenando, Gilberto, and Maria make this resort a special place to stay.

My mom, 2 sisters, and our husbands (7 total) had the pleasure of visiting The Zoetry for 7 days. Pros: You feel a sense of relaxation as soon as you arrive. The scent of the lobby and the friendly greeting makes you confident that you are getting best in class service. You are assigned a concierge that will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. In our case, we had Harlem. He was at the top of our highlights list. He made himself available for any request he had control of. He made us feel at home and part of the “family”! Even if something wasn’t necessarily his responsibility, he went out of his way to ensure we were happy. The food is delicious. You can tell the chef loves to cook delicious dishes. The rotating menu of restaurants was such a fun concept and we loved almost everything we ate. The events that they have are very fun and they have something for everyone. Between the spa (we had the most amazing massage and trip to the sauna), the horse back riding on the beach, classes such as hat making and cigar rolling, yoga, and different tasting activities it seemed like there was always something to do in between relaxing in the pool. We were even able to take place in the holiday tree lighting ceremony, which was SUCH an experience! Harlem made us feel so special during that. The servers are very eager to make you happy and do it with a smile. We had particular great experiences with Joel and Wilca at the bars and Marceleo when we went to dinner. The maid service was a big plus for us. They were quick, tidy, and great at turndowns. The beach was beautiful. They make a great effort to clean out the seaweed that has washed up on the beach, which makes it actually usable and swimable which was a great perk. The seating is very comfortable and relaxing. And lastly, it really is just a breathtaking resort. You are immersed into a world of relaxation and beauty. Cons: The resort is not handicap friendly. My mother relies most of the time of her wheelchair due to her health and the stone paths and stairs make it difficult to navigate with a wheelchair. This also made it difficult for her to get in and out of the pool. The tiny mosquitos. The resort does a lot to help with this problem like providing their own bug spray and spraying the resort every morning, but I still got bitten up.

Zoetry Aqua Punta Cana
Lovely 92 room resort. Room was beautiful and clean. Comfy bed and enjoyed bath products. Our unit had a generous patio with daybed, table and chairs. Resort is AI. stocked mini bar, room service, 2x day housekeeping. Bottle of champagne , rum and fruit basket in room upon arrival. Schedule of activities dropped off each night when they do turndown service. We especially enjoyed wine tasting experience with Sommelier Santiago. Resort offers complimentary horseback ride on beach as well as 20 neck/shoulder massage . No buffets, food prepared to order so sometimes you need to be patient; quality very good overall and drinks were plentiful and good Very relaxing first trip to DR and Zoetry was a good choice for us

Mosquitos
Great place, great food and drinks, everything excellent, except the mosquitos. We were bitten hundreds of times and still recovering. so prepare for the worst and bring anything you can to repel them. Otherwise it may ruin your vacation.

Happy Place
Perfect place to celebrate a significant birthday. Beautiful landscape, exceptionally professional staff. We enjoyed the horseback riding, circus performance, and spa immensely. Special thanks to Renny and Alejandro. It was a lovely place to do nothing but sit by the pool.
