Beautiful beach vacation spot
This resorts location was beautiful, beach fantastic, pools great, rooms normal, staff fantastic! Resort way too big, not a fan of 3 combined resorts, much prefer a single smaller resort. Have to walk alot and waiting for a ride took awhile, not alot for kids, no shows at our actual resort. Food was fantastic, but trying to book at the a la carts sucked, all 3 resorts shared them, they should separate things more, or have the beeper system instead of reservations. Missed out on a few of them due to unavailability even though I tried to book day one of our trip. We were a wedding group of 20 and couldn't book even one dinner together except at the buffet. Overall nice stay, staff are fantastic, patient, greatful, charismatic and helpful. Coffee counter ladies are gems as well as all the bartenders and concierge staff!

A great resort to spend a week or two away from the cold of Canada
We spent a very enjoyable two weeks at the Grand Palladium Palace resort and, once we managed to sort out a few problems in the room - which apparently no one else had ever noticed or bothered to report. If things are not reported they can't be fixed. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic weather and the beautifully kept grounds. Not being swimmers, we didn't use any of the many beautiful pools. Gotta admit, they looked great. The beach was great even with the locals always trying to sell you something. We did find that they were not overly pushy and with a simple "no, gracias" they left us alone. The buffets were okay with a good selection for everyone. Maybe a bit more variety might have been nice but that might have been simply because we were there two weeks and only did the a la carte restaurants once. We did like La Uva and its patio. We spent many hours there just enjoying the surroundings. The fact that snacks were available made it extra special. Overall I feel I can honestly recommend a vacation here. I do feel that although advertised as a 5 star location it is really only a 4 star - maybe 4.5. Overall, the staff was great and very friendly but I do want to send special kudos to a few people who I feel went out of their way to make our stay special. First to Cesar who always managed to get things done when others failed. Yomayra who never failed to greet us with her beautiful smile. Yamina, who always had a smile and big greeting when we showed up at one of the buffets. A special thanks to her for making my wife's birthday that little bit extra special. Mabiana our maid who always seemed to be there when needed. And finally, to Robinson, the porter who collected us and our luggage in fine style and made sure we weren't left behind.

Wouldn’t go back!
This is something I was unsatisfied with all together. They should have made the stay exceptional due to the amount of money I spent and felt I was pressured into buying through their website because of all the stipulations they had on our stay.

Seek out the friendly staff for the best experience
We visited with a group of 50+ people for a week of volleyball, swimming, and games. The property is gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. For the best experience, I'd recommend getting to know the employees who provide services throughout your stay. We made friends with Edwin at the sports center. We played volleyball every morning, and he took great care of us. He put up a new net and new lines on our second day. He raked the court every morning. He made sure we had plenty of water, ice, and drinks. At Poseidon, Miguelina was an excellent server. She had the best smile and was so sweet to everyone in our party. On our last day, she had our drinks ready when we arrived and left a special note and flowers on the table. At the swimming pool bar, Gerado is the man! He took great care of us and remembered our orders. Look for Ricardo, Vidal, Pedro, Luis Albert, and Yosanji at the Palace lobby bar. They were so kind, fast, efficient, and friendly. We chatted every night!

First time all inclusive trip
This property is very beautiful but entirely too big. The rooms are a bit worn and the pools could use a good scrub. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
