Nov 09, 2025Wonderful stay at Secrets Baby Beach Aruba
My wife and I stayed from Sunday to Thursday and really enjoyed our time at this new resort. Even though it was about 80–90% full, it never felt crowded — there were always plenty of chairs available by the pool, at the restaurants, and during the shows. The staff was outstanding. Alvin, our concierge, kept us informed of tour times and restaurant schedules, and Eduardo in the lobby was incredible — always greeting us with genuine warmth and positive energy every time we passed by. Baby Beach is only a 5-minute walk from the resort and it’s absolutely beautiful — calm, crystal-clear water and soft sand, perfect for relaxing or swimming. We did experience two small hiccups: the shower had a bad smell on the first day, which took several hours to fix, and our room service order on the second day took almost three hours to arrive. Aside from that, the food was great everywhere — whether at the buffet, restaurants, or room service. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Secrets Baby Beach Aruba to couples looking for relaxation, comfort, and excellent service.

Aruba is hands down the most beautiful island I've ever been to! It's a hidden gem. Secrets Baby beach hotel was extremely clean, has huge beautifully styled rooms, 24/hour room service, amazingly fast housekeeping too! Our room got cleaned some days multiple times! Every single staff member on the grounds always says hello and greets you with a smile which makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. There are two areas of the resort one is more lively and the other is more calm so whatever vibe you're going for you can get at any time. It's a short walk down to Baby Beach but they also have cute little shuttle cars to drive you down if you prefer that! You cannot beat the clearness and blueness of the ocean at Baby Beach. My favourite part of the trip was the entertainment staff! Tai, Ivy, Gabby, Toni-Lisa, Deyvid were TOP KNOTCH - they can all dance so good too! So fun to watch and be around. The music is so great and not your typical top 40, the DJS are on point. 3 Bartenders really stood out for us and they are Carolina (she makes the best coconut mojitos), Christian (he makes the best palomas) and Gabriel (Gabo) he was just a fun bartender overall! We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful place and see everyone again.

Worked on even on my vacation 💪
The gym was clean and organized, the trainer was friendly and very helpful. I don't normally work out on my vacation but this time I was encouraged by the trainer. The staff overall was very nice. Thank you!

Incredible experience
This resort is incredible. Very happy with the choice. The staff are next level amazing, the food and activities did not disappoint! Thank you secrets baby beach we will definitely be back!!

Stayed here October 31- November 5th, 2025. Check in was easy and quick. We had issues from the start. Moved to 3 rooms in 24hours. 1st room was a single bed, no pool view 2nd room had 2 beds with a pool but the view was a parking lot and dirt mound and the A/C didn't work. The next morning finally moved us, upgraded our room. Food is mid, nothing exceptional. We used room service, need more options on the room service menu. Not much to do as far as entertainment, activities during the day at the pool, dancing and exercise. Went to the sports bar for disco but there was no music, just 2 guys shooting pool, watching the game. 200.00 room credit is garbage, it's actually coupons increments of 20 or 40.00 at a time, can not use for excursions. Servers and bellmen were great, very friendly and nice. Manager Ernesto offered a Preferred pass but we were leaving in less than 24hours. Although property is brand new, the rooms did not look it.
