My husband and I had an amazing time. Everyone was so great and attentive from the moment we arrived! We had a warm hand towel and a glass of champagne at arrival! It was perfect! Our room was modern and beautiful and they thought about every possible thing that you could have forgotten or needed on your trip. They had little pouches in the bathroom that had a toothbrush kit, shaving kit, small toiletry items, shampoo, conditioner soap, you name it they had it. We even had a bottle of champagne in our room! Room service was great and easy to order off of the tablet. Wifi is a little slow but it's manageable if you're patient. We even had a personal concierge that would make sure our fridge was stocked with our preference in beverages. The entertainment was fun and the crew was great! Our personal favorite was playing water volleyball and the bike ride with Regina and Danella! Food is in abundance and several of the restaurants were delicious! Be sure to check the dress code before leaving on your trip and book the hibachi the moment you arrive because it is booked out. We have never been to Mexico during May, it was pretty busy during this month. We have always traveled in October. Because of this, the pool areas fill up quick so if you want a spot under an umbrella or have a chair get down their quick! We spent all of our time on the beach that had nice covered seating as well as food and drink services! Be warned, all the beaches are public so there are vendors constantly walking up and down trying to sell goods and services and it gets annoying! Overall this place and the staff were amazing and it was beautiful! We want to give a sincere thank you to all the staff and individuals as well: Luis, Cesar, Regina, Daniella, Rafael, Maria and more!

Absolutely Incredible
It was a incredible experience from the swim up suite to the expert service, gorgeous pools and delicious restaurants it was a place where u can only dream of going. Absolutely stunning resort all around and the wether was warm and sunrise was Beautiful

LOVED the entertainment team! Dani, Julio, and Felix were amazing. Quirky show was very impressive. Always something to do and staff was very nice. The resort was very clean and staff was responsive to any requests. Overall a great experience and would return.
