My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our honeymoon here, it was filled with fun, relaxation and exceptional customer service. It was the perfect week where we spent every day at the lagoon pool (shoutout to David who is the best). We really appreciate David and the staff’s ability to cater to our needs, always made us feel truly comfortable and welcome. The resort’s other pools are amazing as well, each has a different vibe but all were very well accommodated by the staff. Additionally the housekeeping and maintenance staff were exceptional, impressively responsive and attentive to our needs via the resort’s app. One week was the perfect amount of time for us to explore every restaurant at the resort. Seasoul and Bamboo were our favorites and we appreciated how each one had a different type of cuisine with plenty of options. Hibachi at Saku was also a great highlight. Definitely check out the taco cart and dessert cart every night, was a nice add-on. CoCo cafe also was very good and quick with our daily coffee and nighttime treats. Thank you so much, we could not recommend Secrets Moxche highly enough!

Super disappointed in our stay. As a couples resort hosting a conference for a few hundred people is disruptive. Bars over serving guest, guest behaviors not being addressed ( jumping off the pool bar, incapable of walking back to the room. It was clear couples were being profiled as some were offered the extra dinner events and some were being ignored. The preferred pool service was terrible. Restaurant menus need a full overhaul. This hotel has seriously gone downhill since last May when we visited.

Julio is the GOAT
Super great experience, excellent food, excellent staff, excellent activities, overall tremendous experience. Julio from the entertainment staff always addressed us by name and made every activity he was apart of extra extra extra fun and enjoyable truly an amazing person to have on staff!

Secrets Moxche
This is our second time at the secrets Moxche resort. We had a great time. A few people that made our trip so wonderful are Jamie, Jessica, Paulina, Jose, Gabby and Miguel. They provided excellent service, and great entertainment. They will always hold a special place in our heart.
