This resort was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. The service was some of kindest, most generous, and most attentive service we have had at any hotel. The all fun inclusive is absolutely worth it. We had the time of our lives and I can’t wait to go back. There is so much to do, I wish we had more time. Five days didn’t even cover a quarter of the things to do and places to see. This resort made an entire vacation so easy and wonderful.

Xcaret Arte experience
Great service overall. Great food I upgraded to Casa de los artistas but I don't think it was worth it. The butler service wasn't the greatest. Concierge was much better. My favorite restaurants were. Encanta Kibikibi Arenal Mercado de san juan

It has everything and everything is great!
Truly an exceptional experience. This is hands down my absolute best experience at any resort, in any country. They had it all, the food, the music, the attractions, the excursions. Truly very well done, absolutely no complaints and can't wait to go back. Not to mention my great experience from the helpful butlers Mauricio Cupul, Adriana Garrido, and Iván Meléndez. Best experience and I have never seen anything like it. Highly recommend.

How great it is to rest in a good place
The service is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The food is delicious. The bathrooms are very well designed. I felt very comfortable in its facilities, it is a truly beautiful and comfortable place, ideal for spending a good vacation with the family, I will never regret going, and next time I will not only go By the way, I'll invite my whole family to go relax at that beautiful place.

May 11, 2025Beautiful Resort, but zero accommodation for wedding guests.
I give 2 stars because the location and resort itself was sooo beautiful! Otherwise, the rationale behind the 2 stars is as follows: We were invited to a family member’s wedding at this hotel. As much as we would have loved to stay at the same resort along with the majority of guests, for financial reasons we decided to opt for another resort 20 minutes away. We were required to pay the discounted rate for a wedding pass which was 80$ USD per person. This allow d us access from 4pm to 11pm. If we wanted to arrive earlier, we would have to pay the regular day pass from 9am-11pm, which was 160$ USD per person. We diligently paid the 80$ USD per person for the wedding pass. The evening was great… until the 11pm cut-off where they were very strict and started kicking us out. The rest of the guests were heading to the after-party, which we did not have access to. We then requested to purchase a night pass, that could allow us to stay just a few more extra hours to spend with family. We were told there was no such thing as a night pass and that if we wanted to stay past 11pm, we would be required to pay for one night’s stay at the hotel. We were about a dozen in the same boat who already had accommodations outside the resort, so we were not willing to pay a full night’s worth for just 2-3 extra hours. We were even willing to pay the equivalent of a day pass…. But NOPE! zero accommodation whatsoever. The fact that the wedding couple likely paid a substantial amount of money to hold their wedding here (likely 50k or more), and not be able to accommodate a few guests who were travelling from far and wide just to celebrate with the newly weds and family is just completely unacceptable and outrageous. I was legitimately harassed by one of the workers threatening me if I did not leave because I wasn’t allowed to use any of the facilities past 11pm. At this point, I was in the lobby just trying to say goodbye and have a final conversation with my family members. He was insistent that I leave or he’d be forced to charge a night. I even explained that I was waiting for my husband who went to use the restrooms and he would not even allow me to wait for him. I was so disgusted at this attitude towards guests.
