great location and beautifu view at waikiki beach on balcony room. restaurant and shopping closed. highly recommend and I will be stay again when visit honolulu.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki! From the World of Hyatt check-in experience to the room accommodations, everything was top notch. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The service was exceptional throughout our visit. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the front desk team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. It’s clear that the entire staff takes pride in making guests feel well taken care of. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Waikiki!

Awesome aloha service and experience at Hyatt Regency Waikiki
Hyatt Regency Waikiki is my go to hotel on O'ahu - the service is spectacular, and the employees not only make me feel like a valued guest, but also as part of the 'Ohana (family). Waikiki Beach is a short walk across the street and makes a walk along the waterline and dip in the ocean incredibly easy. Also, everything you could possibly need or want is within a few minute walk. As a repeat guest, I can vouch for a consistent high standard for service and attention to detail. As much as I'd love to try out some of the iconic hotels directly on the beach, Hyatt's service reminds me why I need not look elsewhere for a place to stay on O'ahu.

Just checked in and was charged $65 per night resort fee and this was NOT mentioned when I booked. I’m here for 8 nights and the FIRST thing the hotel does is bill my card $900 before I even get to the room. This is obscene. Just got here and WILL NOT ever come back. Maybe I will revisit this during my stay, maybe 2 stars. What a joke.

Great place for a special occasions or just to relax. Great views of the ocean from our room.
Excellent service, clean, friendly, and well kept. We spent a lot of our time in the pool area and used their restaurants. The employees super friendly and helpful. Thank you,
- AdvisoryStarting August 25th, 2024, the Regency Club Lounge at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa will reduce its operational hours from 24 hours to 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. daily. However, the food service schedule remains unchanged. Breakfast will be available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., followed by refreshments and snacks from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres will be served from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with desserts and beverages following until 9:15 p.m.

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, in accordance with Hawaii state law, has a non-smoking policy in all guestrooms, including lanais and balconies.
